Is there anything on the Sims you haven't done yet

Yes! There's so many careers/hobbies I haven't explored completely. I read about them here on the forum and get excited, but then never get around to it. I plan to explore everything though, in my Lives of BB story, but I like just seeing what stories come out a little, rather than having less sims totally bent on one wish.

Never done the Home Design Hotshot either.
Never made a Mummy.
Never revived a Ghost using the Oh-My-Ghost or Ambrosia.
Never had a Ghost Baby.
Never had a Meteor.

That's all I can think of at the Moment. The Oh-My-Ghost will happen soon though, I had the Opp turn up and I have a Ghost I didn't want to die!

some things I never intend to do, like play a mummy (why must they all be evil?), or the evil professions or things like stealing as a klepto, or cheating on a spouse. I do however, sometimes kill my sims on purpose, for the sake of a story mostly.

I haven't played a Ghost Hunter and there a challenge going on!  I'm debating whether I should just jump into the challenge and let it be my first time or if I should practice.

I haven't tried photography or snake charming.
I haven't explored the tombs in Egypt yet either.
I haven't revived a ghost with ambrosia either, nor done the Oh my Ghost! opportunity.

I've played the architect, and tried the Home Design Hotshot LTW, but I don't think it's achievable on normal lifespan.

Until recently, I had never bothered about the whole Ambrosia thing. I still haven't revived a ghost with it yet.
In World Adventure, I've left 3 tombs untouched, the Faerie one in France, Abu Simbel in Egypt and the Teracotta Army in China.
In Ambitions, I've played all the professions, but usually not long enough to fulfill their respective LTW. Ghost Hunter is the one I've played the most, how lucky 
There are some ghost types I've never had. I usually let my Sims live full life, I'm way too kind with them!

I've never had a meteor, either.
I haven't had a Simbot, or a Mummy.
I haven't played a Ghost Hunter yet.
I haven't gotten a Vampire by myself (Not premade), same with a 5 Star celeb.

I've barely played any of the Ambitions professions and I haven't explored any tombs in Egypt. There's actually a lot more stuff but that's all I can think of right now.

Ghost hunting is so much fun! I highly recommend it. I think it's one of the better career choices.

I've never seen a mummy or a meteor, and I can't remember if I mentioned this in another thread, but I've never seen one of my sims die from natural causes. I really don't like death and I get so attached to my sims!

So many things I haven't done in the Sims:

I've never played an Architectural Designer.
I've never played a Stylist.
I've never created a mummy.
I've never had a meteor.
I've never completed the Monster Maker LTW.
I've never completed all of the Photography skill challenges.

And these are just the things that I can think of off the top of my head that I want to do.

I have never had a meteor.

I have never completed the Guitar Star challenge.
I have never explored a tomb in France.
I have never had a Sim with Red Glow (Evil track of Criminal career).
I have never gone past eight generations.
I have never had a celebrity (assuming I don't have LN).
I have never reached the top of a self-employed career.

I just used the Oh-My-Ghost! Cross that one off, she won't have kids though, she already has one, she drowned as an Young Adult but her Daughter is now older than her.
