I've always wondered how many positive moodlets others have managed. If I've got an sim who's easy to maintain, I often have several. Just now I noticed my current sim has ten. They are:
Comfy +30
Entertained +25
Replenishing the Earth +25
One with Nature +20
New Stuff! +20
Fulfilled +20
Good Meal +20
Saving the Environment +10
Decorated +10
Cozy Fire +5
That's a grand total of 185 if I did my math right, and the meter's not quite maxed out. I know another easy one I could get would be that one associated with listening to good music, if I wanted to spring for a radio right now, and of course the Entertained and Decorated moodlets could be taken to higher levels with a little effort. This is an outdoorsy cook reclining on a very expensive bed (which I just purchased) outside reading a new recipe, having spent the day working in her garden (green thumb) harvesting fire fruit (cozy fire) and purchasing the above-mentioned recipe to fulfill a wish (natural cook).

Edited to add: If this sim didn't live alone, giving another sim the Eye Candy reward and sitting them down next to her would be another easy way to push it up to 12.
