Can I download this house?

On this page (which is one of yours) http://www.carls-sims-3-guide.com/articles/homebuilding/ , there is a very beautiful white house in the last picture at the very bottom. I was wondering who made it, and is it download-able so that I could use it in my game?

I believe that house was built by TommyT, the guy who wrote the house building tips pages. It hasn't been uploaded to the Swap Shop as TommyT hasn't been around the forum much lately. My advice would be to check his The Sims 3 Exchange on the official Sims 3 site. Let me see what I can dig up for you.

EDIT: Hit the jackpot! Near the bottom of page 17 on The Official Building/Remodeling Showboat Thread TommyT posted this house and the link to it on the exchange (I knew I'd seen it somewhere). It's there for the downloading if you want it just please be sure to credit his work.
