Angelica: "Look who's back. It's #1. Think she said anything?"
Alex: "I can't tell. " -speaks up- "Excuse me. Number 1 did you know that today is our last day of elementary?"
BusDriver #1: "Yes I did. It's on the calendar. Why do you call me Number 1?"
Alex: "Because you were the first bus driver we had and then we got Number 2."
Rica: "Have a good day at school. No fights."
Rica: "That's an interesting new work outfit you got there buddy. Congrats on making it into the Evil Branch."
Artie: "Thanks. "
Rica: "You ok there Artie?"
Artie: "I don't see why not. We're about to have a party. Got a new patio."
Rica: "But it's a party for your kids to become teenagers."
Artie: "Angelica is already a handful without hormones getting in the way."
Rica: -snickers- "It's what you deserve. You made up to Agnes yet."
Artie: "No. But there is something in the works."
A few minutes later…
Artie: "Whoo! Let's get it started, ha, Let's get it started in here.."
Rica: "Artie.. why are you on the counter?"
Artie: "Why not? I do what I want!"
Rica: "Just don't step in the cakes ok?"
Rica: Everyone gathers in the new patio to get a good look at it. The dance floor was designed by Samoht.
Michael: -thinks- "I wonder if this is going to get started soon or if I should raid the new fridge for a bite while we wait."
Alex: -thinks- "Rica's great. She bought me chocolate cake."
Bella: "You know Angelica. Today is going to be a very big day. A lot is about to change."
Angelica: "Don't worry Bella. Mortimer is my cousin. No matter how much better looking than you I become, I'm still not interested."
Rica: "Artie.. get off the counter.."
Agnes: "Alex.. wait for your sister"
Angelica: "No it's ok he's going first. Saving the best for last."
Alex: "That's why I was born second."
Angelica: "Just make a wish already."
Alex: -thinks- "I wish for Angelica to mellow out so high school doesn't suck as bad as elementary."
Rica: "With the candles blown out it's time to let the magic happen. You two ready?"
Angelica: "Of course we are. This is the greatest moment of our childhood. The pinnacle moment that we've been striving for."
Alex: "Angie.. just enjoy yourself for two seconds so the birthday magic doesn't ruin your hair."
Rica: -snickers-
Rica: The sparkles took Alex first. - "Good god man.. what happened to your hair"
Alex: -between clenched teeth- "Rica.. He can see me. get me to a dresser stat."
Rica: "Aye, Aye Cap'n"
Rica: Then after the shock of Alex wore off, Angelica took a turn in sparkledom. -giggles-
Angelica: "I feel a disconnection near my ankles thanks to these flippers and my hair is worse than Sandi's. Please help me oh kind watcher. There are eligible young men looking on nearby."
Rica: "Laying it on kind of thick there, sister. Don't worry I've already got things in the dresser for you."
Rica: These would be the eligible young men she was talking about. Mortimer and Malcolm are wearing the same shirt. That's Miguel Keaton in the blue and in the front is a newspaper boy so I didn't bother to remember who he was.
Alex: "The first meeting of the bad hair club is now in session. I know for a fact that while Angelica and I are only temporary members. You two seem destined to look like this until one of us can get you near a salon. Every day after school, you should both go to the salon and wait for one of us to arrive to fix you."
Angelica: -snickersnort-
Jocasta: "Michael. I brought you into this world and I can take you out. Hurry up and get your slice of cake already."
As the end of the party was reaching close to midnight, Simis disappeared to the graveyard for more deathfish fishing. There he met Sam Sekemeto and introduced himself.
Simis: "So you like art? There are a lot of people in my house that like Art. You should introduce yourself to the twins. I'm sure you'd get on with one of them."
Sam: "If my Dad will let me, I'll do what I can."
Simis: "That's a good lad. Now take your dad home before he scares away all my fish."
Artie: "Aggie.. how about we show these two pups how to really dance?"
Agnes: "You got it, Big Red. Just don't touch me."
Mortimer: "Geez Artie.. you're cramping my style man."
Bella: "Everyone just shut up and dance."
Rica: Before we get to our fashion shows : Pink on Parade and Lilac on the Loose. I wanted to show you guys these mug shots I took of Alex when I was finding him a new hairdo. On the left we have him in Pepper Steel's haircut and On the right we have Coriander Steel's haircut. Generation 2 and Generation 3 respectively of my other dynasty. This goes to show just how strong Agnes genes really are.
