Alicia: "I think an ounce more of this might help.."
Rica: "Oh distracted one.. Congratulations on reaching Level 10 in Logic."
Alicia: "Let me put this on the burner.  Thanks Rica.  Now I can finally work on some of those challenges."
Rica: "Just don't blow up.  I'll leave you to it."


Alicia: "So you see Uncle Alex - a logical thinker wouldn't just see the sunset.  They would see…"
Rica: So the training begins and Alex the volunteer gets his brain scrambled and filled by Alicia.


Wilbur: "Here's a bottle for daddy's little girl.  Do you want to go for a stroll today?"


Cassandra: "Aww Nooboo. "

Ahh the infant stage.. Thankfully very short.


Harry Chesterman aged up on his way to the party.  Looks like Cassandra's baby daddy has reached his final life stage.  I hope we can get him to spend some time at the house.  He's also the first guest to arrive for the babies' birthday party.


Rica: "Finally!  It took you three hours to get from the next room to the cake!"
Cassandra: "No it didn't. "
Rica: "Yes it did."
Cassandra: "It only took 2 and three quarters. " -blows out the candle-


Rica: "Aww.. Astrea.  You were supposed to blow out your first candle before starting that."
Alicia: "I couldn't get through the door in time."
Rica: "This is why I started the party early.  Oh well."


Rica: "Well aren't you a cute little McIrish. Mommy's hair and bright blue eyes. Definitely your father's nose and mouth though."
Astrea: -gigglegurgle-


Rica: "Whoo.. go sparkles go.  Go sparkles go."


Rica: "Aww you got Harry's eyes.  You're so cute!"
Simon: -picks his nose and giggles-
Rica: "Ok.. gross but cute."


Alex: "I don't work for you anymore but you wanna dance anyway?"
Emma: "I would love to." -starts to boogie-
Noel Hatch (pink dress): "Mom.. don't embarrass me please."


Little Simon loves Irish Green.  I've never used that particular hat so I thought I'd give it a try.  He's just so cute.


Astrea is a big fan of Spice Brown.  So I did the best I could.  Alex got a hold of her when I was doing her hair and did a little face paint.


Alex: "That's much better isn't it sugarpie?"
Rica: "So why the face paint?"
Alex: "I didn't want her to feel left out.  Face paint like me but red like her mommy."

Rica: "Hey.. people are trying to sleep in this house."

Alicia: "Oh hold still you big baby.  There is no way it hurts that much."
Rica: "First vaccination clinic and you're already making your mother proud."
Alicia: "Why am I having a clinic in the graveyard?"
Rica: "You should ask you boss because I have no idea."


Cassandra: "Here you go, darling.  Just try for Mommy ok?"


Wilbur: "That's Daddy's little girl.  Just sit there like a big girl."


Angelica: "And how is Grandma's girl?"
Astrea: -childish murmurs and gurgles-
Angelica: "Is that so?  Well the unicorns do say that."
Rica: "I don't think that's what she said."
Angelica: "Of course it is.  I heard it clearly."
Rica: "I'm not entirely certain you're a trustworthy source for interpretation."


Simon was the only one of the two to receive a doll from a distant relative.   He doesn't get much time with it as someone is always playing with him or he's always into something.


Rica: "Hey you went to work!"
Wilbur: "The car came before I called in for time off. "
Rica: "I'm sorry.. Happy Birthday."
Wilbur: "Thank you!"
Rica: And no midlife crisis.  That makes things nice.


Rica: "Alright ladies.  Grab your children and the strollers - it's time to go outside and enjoy the fresh air!"
Cassandra/Alicia: "We're going.  We're going.  Call off the dogs!"
Rica: "Seriously, it takes forever for you two to get anywhere anymore."

[Ricalynn]

Rica: "Mmm baby food."
Astrea: "Needs cinnaminonin."
Rica: "Wait, I didn't think you two could talk."
Simon: "Umm GooGoo Baba"
Astrea: -nods-
Rica: "Hmph. I've got my eye on you."


Rica: "Wilbur… I think you need to go check on the kids.  I fear they may be up to something."
Wilbur: "Whooo!  Let's chase down 'deem space pirates.  Whoo!"
Rica: "Wilbur.  Wilbur!  WILBUR!"
Wilbur: -jumps, glasses go flying- "Don't you know not to creep up on someone like that?"
Rica: -facepalm-


Rica: "Yet another generation of dolls have their heads relentlessly gnawed on by teething toddlers."
Simon: "Bam Bam"
Rica: "Uh huh.  Not buying it."
Astrea: -giggle-


Cassandra (1): "Biohazard.  The green cloud from the potty chair could be considered a biohazard."
Simon: "What I do in the potty chair is a biohazard."
Cassandra: (2):  "Love is a special feeling between two people.  Like how Mommy loves you."
Simon: "Love is special.  I love Astrea."
Cassandra: "I don't think that's the same thing, sweetie."
Rica: "Wow, you guys just keep starting earlier and earlier."


Wilbur (1): "Money is not everything. But it's nice since we have it."
Astrea: "Money is nice and everything."
Wilbur: "No.. that's not what I said."
Rica: "What exactly are you teaching her?"
Wilbur (2):  "The police are the good guys that enforce the law and catch criminals like Grandpa Artie used to be."
Astrea: "Call police to come get Grandpa."
Wilbur: -groan-
Rica: "You can't win can you?"


Alicia: "Ok who was next?"
Rica: "Where did they all come from?"
Alicia: "I don't know but I don't have much time and they keep wanting to ask me for autographs."
Rica: "Hrm."
Alicia: "What's wrong Rica?"
Rica: "Just thinking that Juxt and Velmoor are such pros they make this seem easier than it is."
Alicia: "I know right."



Rica: You know.. it might be love.  He lets her do all the talking and shows interest and emotion while she's doing it!

Rica: The gnomes are breeding again!  This is Baby Kasey, my fifth gnome nooboo.


Rica: "Happy Birthday!"
Crowd: -horns and cheers-
Rica: "Whoo! No Mid Life Crisis at all for this generation!"
Alicia: "I really wish you didn't sound so excited about us becoming old."
Alex: "I don't see any gray hairs.."
Alicia: "She knew what I meant."


Rica: "Hey what you got there, little man?"
Simon: "An art book."
Rica: "And what does it say?"
Simon: "Paint goes on bristles.  Bristles go on canvas.  Voila! Painting complete."
Rica: "Does it really say that or did you simplify it for me?"
Simon: "I'll never tell."


Astrea: "Rica look!"
Rica: "Aww yes you're cute."
Astrea: "I can't find anything other than a bunny in here."
Rica: "Hmm - Oh Wilbur!"
Astrea: "Don't forget to check Artie's pockets."
Artie: "I wasn't a thief!  I was an evil mastermind.  There is a difference, kiddo."


Alicia: -gets off work from an emergency shift, has 2 hours before work actually starts, decides to read her medical journal-
Alicia's Boss: "Oh I don't feel so good.  Is there a doctor nearby?"
Alicia: "You can't be serious."
Alicia's Boss: "Oh please help."
Alicia: "We're standing in front of the hospital…"

I just caught up with all I missed while I was away. It's still brilliant as always!
The two toddlers are so very cute. Will the end up together?

Oh my goodness, I have never had so many people waiting to see the doctor, what is going on in that town that they all need immediate medical care?! We'll have to put our finest Sim minds upon it.

Just wanted to thank you for the comment, Alex.  I'm glad you're back.   As for the kids - that's the plan in my head but I'm going to let them figure it out.  If they don't, well we'll just see what happens right?

Toddler Time is my favorite time for Sims - because after that it's all about skilling and meeting requirements.    I'm glad it's not that I'm bad at being a doctor, it's just SV is unhealthy.  Maybe I should put in an extra gym for these people to work out in.



Astrea: "Waaaaah!" -throws fit in crib-
Rica: "What is all this racket?"
Astrea: -another fit, rattling of the gate-
Rica: "Astrea please stop crying, you're going to wake up Simon."


Simon: "Waaaaah! -let's the cry come from his gut-
Rica: "Too late." -covers ears-  "Somebody.. anybody?"


Rica: "Hey Malcolm, how you been?"
Malcolm: "Not too bad.  Decided to come in and watch the SciFi channel."
Rica: "Hello Astrea.  Are you supposed to be in here?"
Astrea: "Watching tube with Gampa Mallum."
Rica: "I'm betting you taught her that, huh?"
Malcolm: "Well of course not, I'm innocent as always."
Rica: "Not in this family you're not."


Angelica: "Mallybear, Wanna dance?"
Malcolm: "I don't have much time left before bedtime again but ok."
Angelica: "Miss you."
Malcolm: "Miss you too, Angelmuffin."


Angelica: "Whoa, hey.  I don't remember you being that limber when you were alive."


Speaking of dead things, we've lost so many of our gnomeland friends lately that I've decided to make a special place for them in the backyard.  When you gather them all up like this, it's almost creepy.


Astrea: "I'm going to get you, Mommy."
Alicia: "Not if I get you first."
Astrea: "Silly Mommy you should be running."



Simon: "Mama, catch me!"
Cassandra: "Wow, look how far you walked.  You're getting so big."
Simon: "I know."
Rica: -laughs- "The problem with cute kids is that they often know it."


Wilbur: -smooth move-  "Whoo!"
Rica: "Nice.. level 10 guitar.  Aren't you just Mr. Rock Star?"
Wilbur: "Why thank ya.  Thank ya very much."


Angelica: -crazy drum solo-
Rica: -hears lots of noise-
Angelica: "Maxed drums.  Now if only we had a gig."
Rica: "Well one of you still hasn't maxed his instrument. "
Angelica: "Daddy isn't that far behind- I don't think."
Rica: "Then I guess Grim Possibilities really is ready to hit the road.  I wonder if Sunset Valley is ready to handle that kind of thing."
Angelica: "Guess we'll find out.  Now if you don't mind.  I have to go see a bear about a bus driver."
Rica: "I'm not sure I want to know."
