Gaylord Koffi and his son Gobias is another one.

To those who are unaware, Gobias Koffi's father Gaylord, died of starvation. He is one of the ghosts that can be resurrected through Ambrosia. The next time you play with Gobias Koffi, check his family tree, Gaylord, is his father, and his mother is nowhere to be found on his family tree.

Gobias is an Adult when the game starts though and his Father would be most likely be Dead of Old Age already if he hadn't starved. I think Ratchie meant living single parents and children.
