Um... In SV? Wouldn't that be everybody? Sorry if that's a dumb answer, but that just makes sense to me since SV is base game.

Errr, I just tried to think of some possible way without cc that people in sv could be wearing anything but basegame clothing...and I didn't succeede.(did I spell that right?)  Well, anyway... my answer is... Everyone!  Haha.  Oh come on.... you know I had to make a joke out of it... I had to!  And donatello's answer makes sense to me.

its a trick question. Its according to how many EP's you have or its if you only have base game. The number varies.  ;)
