He is a Teen but only Child and under count. Although by my counting the answer is 10 - Mortimer, Bella, Malcolm, Arlo, Darlene, Sandi, Opal, Javeed, Kaylynn and Sam Sekemoto.

Yes, I just don't think they can exist at the same time. At least, I've never had them both in the same game. And I rarely get Cora, it's usually Skip.
