Okay, still a bit harder: How many Insane Sims reside in Sunset Valley?

That is a tough one. It's not that many I know that much. I'm going to guess 4 and hope I'm not mistaken.

Yes, the answer is only two! Gus Hart and his wife, Dorie are the only two insane Sims in Sunset Valley! Wednesday and Chuckles both got it right, but, Chuckles answered first, so she get's the next one.

Quite a number of the Sims living in 'rich' houses (Nancy and Malcolm Landgraab, Thornton Wolff, all Altos - Nick, Holly, Vita).
Pauline Wan I think - played Wan-Goddard for a townie decadynasty attempt.

This is probably only around half an answer - not 100% sure if that's all in homes and  I have no idea about the homeless sims.
