I like this game...  And I found something interesting about SV.

One of the graves in the graveyard reads the name of not a relative of present SV inhabitants, but an interesting character from past expansions.  Who is it?

Hint:  He's definitely ironic...

Yay!  That's right.  Tragic Clown is from the original Sims game.  From my research, it says that he came to cheer up sad Sims, but was sad himself.

In Sunset Valley, there's two (though I'm unsure on the exact meaning of Corral, but I'm assuming they're the book cases that hold the skill books).
