As in, this is the list of NPC's that are eligible:

• Paper Delivery people
• Babysitters
• Maids
• Burgulars
• Police Officers
• Firefighters
• Social Workers
• Repairpeople
• Mail Carriers (the ones who deliver bills, certificates, etc.)
• Repopeople
• Pizza Delivery People

My question is, in total, how many NPC's are there that fit into the categories above? Duplicates count, if there are 5 maids, then that's 5 people.

24 because there's 2 of ever NPC except social workers have 4. I think that's right.

REALLY?!   Wow I kind of just guessed because I remembered there was 4 social workers and thought there was 2 of every other kind.   Okay, my question is: Name all the homeless sims.
EDIT: I guess it is kind of a hard question. New question is: Who starts off at the beginning of the game with only $600?

Yes, there are sims that you see around town but don't live in any houses.

Sims that have no home, but still exist in town. Not to be confused with Service NPC's.

I withdraw my right to participate in this question. I looked on Sims Wikia. Seriously, that's quite a few homeless people.
EDIT (post-question change): For anyone who wants to know, there are 11 Homeless Sims.
