Fistful of Heroes Ambition

Does anyone know what it takes to get this?  It says raise renown with only a handful of heroes, and I've got renown over 500 with 5 heroes, but that doesn't get it done.  Appreciate any help.

I looks like the more heroes you have the more renown you need to get it.

Someone got it with one hero and monarch with 100 renown and another with 4 heroes and 500 renown.

So I guess if you have 5 heroes you need a lot more than 500 renown.

I haven't tried this Ambition yet.  But when you're in Kingdom mode, if you click on the Ambition icon at the top left of the screen, just below your monarch's picture, it should tell you what you need in order to complete that Ambition at the various levels.  Hope that helps.

Actually, this is one of the easiest achievements to get if you're cheating - start a new kingdom, get your monarch, then just "setKP" to loads. Worked for me. Of course you need testingcheats on.

Alright, i took another run at the fistful of heroes achievement.  I started the thoughts and prayers ambition (I think that's what its called, the one in which you have to max out culture and knowledge).  The first quest I did was the getting started one with the monarch that awards 10 renown.  After that I created a physician.  I did two quests (one with the doctor, the other with the monarch -- forget which ones) each worth 50 renown.  At this point I had 2 heroes with 110 renown, and didn't get the achievement.  I built a couple of non hero buildings (I believe the watchers tower and kingball court) and did a third quest (love doctor or something like that) with the physician for 60 renown.  When I finished that I still only had 2 heroes and 170 renown, still no achievement.  At this point I'm going to have to bail on the achievement and build more heroes so I can get the ambition at platinum.  So, some questions ....

Do I need to do this with specific heroes?  Do specific quests?  Does it need to be in a specific ambition?  Did building the non-hero buildings mess it up?  Do I just need more renown?  Has anyone out there actually completed this achievement?

For now I'm just going to finish out this ambition and try for the achievement on the next ambition.  In the meantime any thoughts or ideas on this would be GREATLY appreciated.

Do I need to do this with specific heroes?  Do specific quests?  Does it need to be in a specific ambition?

No, no, no.
Is it so difficult to do all quests by two heroes only? Use rerollquests cheat maybe?

Thanks JaNat.  I read in an earlier post that 100 renown with two heroes was enough, I guess that number was stuck in my head.  Assuming you used two heroes, do you remember how high you had to get the renown when you accomplished the achievement?

In the interest of science I attempted to do this with just my Monarch. I managed to get around 400 Renown before I ran out of available quests and was told to create another hero.
I created a Wizard and after a couple of quests I passed 500 Renown and got the achievement.
