Perfect Aquarium LTW won't update

Howdy
Chris Steel has the LTW for a perfect aquarium.  I finally got all the fish. When I hover over the icon, it shows 13/13 but it won't give him the credit for it.  I used 13 fishbowls on tables in the back yard.  I double checked, all the fish are alive and well and all caught by him.  Any clue why it won't update his LTW?

I always have trouble with this one and the garden one. Have you tried putting them all in his backpack/inventory and then taking them out again?  Try dragging them into the family inventory and taking them back out again too. This usually works for me.

Wee! I got it to work.  I just scooped one fish out, then put it back in.  I think I messed up by not clicking each bowl and choosing stock.  I just opened his inventory and dragged the fish to the bowls.
