Octavia Khalid looked out over Sunset Valley,it was a place she had grown up and lived a lifetime yet now it was a place that was filled with fear and loneliness. Everyone she spoke to was either married or a vampire how could she ever find love here.
As the weeks passed Octavia became more and more depressed. She hated her life here and she missed her family. She had grown up in the lap of luxury never wanting for anything and now she was reduced to sleeping out in a field.
One night she found comfort in the arms of a man who was almost a complete stranger.
The next day Octavia felt slightly ill,I knew living in a field couldn't be good for my health she thought to herself.
She visited the First National Bank of Motherlode and was able to buy herself a house.
Octavia was gaining weight and she didn't know why. She worried that there was something wrong and decided to go visit a doctor when she had the time.
Octavia knew that something was really wrong. She had never known such pain,perhaps her appendix had burst.
She rushed to the hospital,where to her shock she was told that she was pregnant. How could she not have known. I should call the babies father she gasped as another contraction hit. Needless to say he was shocked to hear from her and even more surprised to discover he was about to be a father.
Several hours later Octavia left the hospital carrying Frankie Khalid.
Little Freda Khalid was carried by her father.
