That is determined by a vote and only when we're looking do we even talk of candidates.

Yeah, it's 18. Sorry to break it to ya.. it's for legality purposes. It's not that we don't think there are level-headed young people out there who can handle the job. We have quite a few teens here who really know their stuff.
