chosen by watcher?

Does anyone know how to have a hero chosen by watcher.  My culture bar is pretty high and when i hover over it im told that "chosen by watcher" is an available interaction, but i have no clue what it is or how to do it.  There is an achievement for doing this 10 times i think, but im lost as how to get there.  Appreciate any advice or info.

I believe it's a self interaction when you have very high Culture Aspect.

If I remember correctly only the peteran priest can make you "Being chosen by the Watcher", there should be a social option when you play him next to converting a Sim and praying with a Sim I think. And the achievement it's to have every hero be chosen by the Watcher in one kingdom. Good luck with that.

It applies to all Sims while under Very High Culture. All you need to do is click the Sim. There is an achievement for activating it on all 10 Sims. Quite handy, that buff. Seems to work about once a day.

Guess I confused the hope beacon with this buff sorry about that. It's like Metro said just 2 clicks on your sim
