Other than Vita Alto, Mary Kay Shallow and her mother June. What town are they from other than the three I mentioned? And are there any male premade snobs for that matter (other than VJ Alvi)

MaryKay and June Shallow are in Riverview.  And while I can't think of any mean spirited female sims off the top of my head, I do know that all the pre-made female vampires in Bridgeport are evil.

Well, I checked out sims wiki, and all the female mean-spirited sims can be found in Barnacle Bay.
