cubesided .
Inspired by habitat67, a famous building in Canada.

Price:- §115,967 - Furnished and §113,737
Lot Built On:-  433 Sunnyside Blvd.
Lot Size:- 30x30
Content:- World Adventures, Late Night (windows), Generations (staircases)
Details: Built as a modern beach house, this lot is perfect for a growing family with kids. Every room is based off some sort of square or rectangle. Contains several balconies to be taken advantage of. Has a small 'atrium' in the middle of the floorplan. While it may look very spacious, as you decorate you may notice you have less space than you bargained for. Features a sandy backyard with angular pools.

Overall this house was created by experimenting with different shapes. I am going to furnish it eventually and make it part of my 'cube' collection (See 'The Scramble, Rubiks Cube House for some ideas). However actually furnishing this house is a bit of a pain due to the strange angles. I've already given some perimeters of how I expect the house to be laid out, however these are just guidelines so feel free to re-plan however you'd like.

Second Floor

habitat 67.501
Still inspired by habitat 67, if you couldn't tell by the name. :P

Price: 157,448 unfurnished, 167,873 furnished
Lot Built on: 280 Sunnyside Blvd
Lot Size: 40 x 30
Content: Only Latenight. (Triplechecked)
Details This time, built to even closer resemble Habitat 67. This particular 'apartment'/'townhouse' feature has three houses, however they connect completely and entirely by balconies. They have their own communal washroom for quick showers and rinses after the pool, along with much space for playgrounds or gardens. Also has a two-car garage feature.
Lighting is already done for you on the exterior.

** the floorplan's rooms are black for easier distinction. Comes with wooden floors.
** after another sweep, I realized I left out one wall in this shell (not sure how that happened), its on the fourth floor.

*** installed with regular stairs, however spiral staircases are much more ideal. Built with those without Generations in mind so that it is still completely furnishable otherwise.

Ohmigod, thank you, Samoht, for the Summer Palace! It's beautiful, and my Sims, Chopper and Harli, love it!  It was a challenge to furnish, mostly because I've never furnished a home from scratch before. Seriously, thank you. I hate building, but I love redecorating and furnishing. This is ideal.

Also, I have a question. What happens if I were to download one of these shells that has windows or something from an expansion I don't yet own? I've heard rumors that it's just removed for you to replace with whatever. Is this true?

Routing issues? What routing issues? I just move things around until I can get my Sim where I want her.

It'll actually replace the windows with something similar that you do own.

Thank you!

Really, all I did was spam the 'room' tool in wall building, and when they didn't make a nice roof to connect I just placed arches everywhere. It's really easy and fun to see what you end up with!

I love these houses, I'm not that good at building, but I love playing around and decorating.
Something that I would like to know how to fix is some of the photos are not showing up; such as in Neashsleigh's Celebritry Living shell.  There is just an x and an empty spot where each photo should be at.

I asked for room ideas earlier for my immortal dynasty manor and a few people asked for me to upload the shell. Hope I do this right   :P

EDIT: I have World Adventures and Ambitions
EDIT2: And, thanks to a late anniversary present from my husband, I now have Generations :)

If you play with it please PM me a few pictures because, as I said, I'm looking for ideas. :) Thank you and enjoy!
