Wow this thread is perfect for me! I love decorating interior, but I for the life of me can't build anything beside a box connected to another box. I can spend all day coordinating furniture though. Can you feel my excitement?  I love this forum.

This is literally just a shell, but I think it came up rather beautiful, its 70's american sit-com inspired (well thats the feel i get) - its definitely for the more wealthy of sims, or more stable in life.. its not decorated at all inside so its a complete fresh start for you.

Name: Suburban Living
Description: 3Bed, 3bathrooms (1 en-suite), Basement, Large garage, nook in kitchen for eating/reading ect.

60x60 lot, so plenty of room for a real backgarden, pool ect!

Super, is working....yes !, Will be very intresting to see how you and I will furnish this house. But for now, I must to finish shell of my Tudor House - It make me "crazy" , because i can't or I don't know how make some (for me important) buildings details...

i'm building a indoor baseball stadium, I've built the out side but i have no idea for the inside, Maybe i could upload the lot then someone can download it and decorate it since im not that good at decorating the inside..

Hi Darpa, that's a pretty cool stadium! As long as it's CC-free, you can upload the file by clicking Modify on your post and following these instructions. For the interior, may I suggest sticking the stadium rabbithole in there, possibly underground if it doesn't fit?

Hey! this is the first house i've ever uploaded, so let me know what you think

Content:- World Adventures, Ambitions, Generations
Details:- This house has the single bathroom on the ground floor, with the three bedrooms on the second story. Im not very decisive with my inside walls so the ones placed only as a guide line, so feel free to rearrange them however you want.
