I asked for room ideas earlier for my immortal dynasty manor and a few people asked for me to upload the shell. Hope I do this right   :P

EDIT: I have World Adventures and Ambitions

House and grounds from street

Front of House:

Back of the House from Garden:

Overhead Shots:

If you play with it please PM me a few pictures because, as I said, I'm looking for ideas. :) Thank you and enjoy!

this is beautiful! I'll probably decorate it when I have a chance, I'd love to send you some screens if I design anything I like.

I took the castle found in Isla Paradiso, and I gutted it. It was the reason why many people decided to get it. Now, it is mostly vanilla. I know some doors/windows/stairs/and fences are from IP, but I believe you can manage, correct? It is a complex and beautiful home. Now available to decorate do your heart's desire! I wonder how it would look as a minimalistic fort. A grand total of 27 rooms!

Castillo de Ichtaca
Costs: $152,499
Size:40x40

I'm curious,

I have downloaded the castle but haven't installed IP yet.  Waiting until the grandkids go back home before I do so.  Will the items from IP not show up because I have yet to install or will the programing add it to them after I have downloaded the game.  I guess I should have waited, but I really like it and am thinking it would be a nice home to have for one of my project families.
I can always remove it and reinstall although I don't want to unless I have to.

I don't think the objects will get replaced with the IP stuff. The only IP stuff is fencing, windows, doors, and stairs. And maybe I missed a wall sconce or two. I'm giving it a modern makeover which is a huge pain. But I want a fortress fortitude!

In my experience, items will only be replaced if you dont have the required expension pack, and wont be "filled in" if the pack is installed. :)

I've had a couple that I downloaded that the items were left blank.  The cabinets in the kitchen in one house along with a chair in the front room.   The bed and dresser I think was left out in another house, along with something else, don't remember what.  It wasn't a big deal they were easily replaced.

I was just hoping, but not expecting, that since they would be added back when I placed it.  Knew it was a long shot but still had my fingers crossed it could be.
Oh well, I will just uninstall it and then re-download it after I install the game, probably today, they just left to go home.  Didn't have too many problems with the kids until mom and dad showed up.

@Nodara, this is for building shells, like empty houses. Your house doesn't fit in here, but the museum does. Thanks!

Aww snap! You got there before me :P

@Nodara : As Swirl-girl said, this thread is for empty houses :) Furnished lots are to be uploaded on the swap shop :) Also for the lots, we need to know what packages and/or store items used for each build. If you have any problems about what we mean, just look at this link : http://www.carls-sims-3-guide.com/forum/index.php/topic,3614.0.html

Please read and modify your posts :) Thank you

Spanish Summer

This house was loosly designed from John B. Scholz's architecture found here. I adapted it and made it my own with many changes. Whilst this is just a shell, I have done all the landscaping and added a few items such as a Fireplace and some lighting.

Some plants from Sunlit Tides were used as was the terrain paint from Monte Vista. Other store items include:

Dr. Prosper's Glowing Orb - wall light
Portal to Paradise - door
Let the sunshine in Window - window
Haute Hacienda Dining Room - Artful Adobe... - archway
Kingdom of Cambodia Bedroom - The Fire Place
Aphrodite's End Table
Corinthian Window

Lot Size: 64x64
Lot Cost: Unsure.. will advise
Expansions used: SN, Pets, IP, LN, WA, ST, Gen, Amb
