Has anyone else's preorder not arrived?

I preordered my game from Game.co.uk way back in September and, whereas usually I get the game the day before release, I haven't got it at all yet. Their website says my order is still held as a preorder and they show it as out of stock. I'm not patient when it comes to my sims games lol. Has anyone else got this problem?

I'm sorry to read that, ClumsyMum.  It's not very professional of them, especially as their website shows the game available and in stock.  I imagine that you will be contacting them so I hope things get sorted out for you and it arrives quickly.

I don't have mine yet either. Not ordered from the same place but from somewhere that I use often. Things generally arrive very promptly, I've only ever made two pre-orders from them and they both arrived on the day of release.  My copy was posted on Wednesday, it just hasn't arrived yet.

Isn't it frustrating?

I pre-ordered it a few weeks ago. I expected it to come last wednesday maybe but no it didn't come! I'm still waiting so maybe they just delayed shipping them or something.

I got back in touch with them again this morning, sending the email via their complaints department (they should have been able to tell that I was not at all happy) and got a replying saying that there had been a system error which stopped my order being processed. They asked me if i would be happy for them to process the order with £5 off...er, yeah! So now it's only going to cost me £19.99, result!

If it still hasn't come, get in touch with them because it may be the same problem as with my order, you might get some money off too, and that's never bad! lol
