The Memoirs of Laura Fearless, Part 1

When I was a little girl, my Mom used to tell me: 'Don't be shy of yourself, walk with your head held high'. Did I follow her advice? Yes. Did it help me? No. Simply put, I am a youngster who lives in the swampy town of Twinbrook, where no one is better than me and everyone is equal. There is a significant difference though. Maybe this is a craziness, or my stupid imagination, but waking up once in morning I found myself trapped in between 5 newborns. From then on I was fond of nooboos. Curiously, I do remember myself since a week ago. Kissing a stranger is my brightest memory.

Oh, amnesia! Dear fate, what did happen to me? Why did he leave? Are these children my offsprings? Maybe I am their mother? No one knows the answer. And never will. From now on, my destiny shall be giving them my all. Watching them grow and being their Mom, even though I am not sure. Hope I will manage that. Without money, husband, or even a proper 2-story house... Oh my. But, I got to give this a go. If I'm able to do it than shall my life be brighter, otherwise, let my life turn into a misty swamp like any other one can see. Love is all I need. Love of my children. Money can't buy us happiness. I guarantee we'll be feeling alright. Very soon. I promise.

~Let there be love

Let there be me

Let there be him

Let there be birth

Let there be five

Let there be us

Please welcome - The Fearless~

Thank you! All of the kids are adopted but one. Her lifetime wish is Surrounded by Family. No stopping until she completes it! And absolutely no cheating. Then I might think of moving one of the kids out and continue their life, then their kids... :)

I had to giggle a little about not having a "proper two story house."  Is that what's required to raise a family?

The Memoirs of Laura Fearless, Part 2
Life Continues...

Don't want to interpret a day in my life with a disgusting note, but, the house turned out to be a lot worse than it was meant to be. Cockroaches became our best friends, so did the garbage surrounding us. Maybe we should take rental payment from them? Either way it couldn't stay there any longer. Kids are in the house, after all.

Talking about kids, first thing I did after they grew up to become toddlers was teaching them the basics. I remember my Mom teaching me those. Of course, I was just one trouble...

While I was teaching Clarice (yes, I gave them names myself) to walk, the others joined Chris to play with him. They look so happy, I wish I was one of them.

At the end of the two-day teaching session, all of them were ready to continue normal life. Wonder if this was that necessary. Really? Was it worth it? Anyways, yesterday it was raining, and since we don't have a roof, it's half-built to be exact, the rain fell right on us. Even if I was exhausted, I had to clean up the room.

But, I am not a SimBot after all, let me have some sleep! I tucked up children in their beds, and after reading them a story about a Prince and Princess living in a fairy kingdom,

I finally went to bed. I'll sleep! Yay!

The Memoirs of Laura Fearless, Part 3
Happy Days Are (Not) Far Away

The third day in Twinbrook started out as the best so far. I still can't believe, but I won the lottery! Woo hoo, it's 10,000 simoleons! Of course, these was not be spent on me, but the house. We hired this builder called TCR and he expanded our house quite a bit. Yay, it's now the two story house Pam had recommended! ;D First floor wasn't changed, except a crib was added for the youngest child of the five, Jackson, in case he cries while I'm asleep, I'll be aware of it, since my bed is in the same room. The second floor is a huge bedroom with four cribs, and some stuff for the kids. To celebrate the thrilling news, I invited my best friend Amy over for a cup of tea. She accepted. I was excited even more. Was this really happening?

She looked like hungry, so I asked her to have dinner with me. Nope, she declined. But, I was not going to starve, so I mooched her for food. And ate it! It's her decision.

As all of us know, happiness doesn't last forever. I was greatly enjoying the delicious food until this.

I lost my appetite, and took care of the children, all five of them were very hungry. Unfortunately, I missed the whole day, feeding and teaching them. But I do not regret. Even though I am stir crazy, I still love my kids as stronger than ever. They are pure awesomeness.

They are beautiful and happy. I am the complete opposite in this picture!

It was 8 in the evening, so I put children back into their cribs.

Considering that the grocery store was open for 24 hours, I went to get a part-time job there. I spent all the money on expanding the house and buying food and other blah blah blah, so we're low in funds. Hope the job will help just a little bit. It's only three hours long, and is very convenient for a stay-at-home Mom like me. Yes, I got the job! They were very glad to meet me, since they were in search of new saleswomen. Time was passing very fast, so 11 AM was the time I got home. At the end of the week I am usually doing laundry, and it was a Saturday night. Guess it's time to do it. By the way, we built a nice balcony, which connects the first and the second floors, with the help of the outdoor staircase. I am loving this house after the renovation.

Laundry was going to finish two hours later, and I was very tired. Going to sleep was my only desire at the moment. No worries, I'll hang the laundry in the morning. Now I have to sleep. The lone dream of mine was about my children...

The Memoirs of Laura Fearless, Part 4
Troubles Out of this World

The sun comes out. It's time to wake up. The alarm clock rings, and I open my eyes. Still sleepy, I barely get out of my bed. Wonder which day is it. Ahh, Wednesday. Well, I have work today. Some income might be useful. Everyday problems are bothering me, such as what to cook, etc., etc. Nothing beats a refreshing shower in the morning. The breakfast was quite nice, too.

Wow, time flies. It's already 11 Am, time to check the laundry. Yup, it's done. Phew, hanging it was a real challenge, especially for a weak girl like me. Weather is rather cold today, mists everywhere. Hope it's not going to rain, otherwise we have a problem. Our roof is rather old and has countless holes in it. Time to call the repairman. No, no, that's not allowed right now, we do not have the money. Oh sweet fate, deliver us some money...

Oh, there's someone waiting outside! Is it the repairman? Nah, it's my best friend Bobby. Hey Bob, what's up? Looks like he is drunk. Well, I don't mind him visiting us, but kids see this! Close your eyes, children!

Bob, what are you doing?! That's what I would never expect!

But, it was way too late, he managed to kiss me, and even more than that... Something out of this world. It felt strange. Nausea was not that far away. From then on, me and Bob became devoted lovers. He hid everything from his wife, it was our little secret. When twilight came, me and my love secretly had a meeting at the old amphitheatre, kissed eachother, talked a bit, and returned home so neither his wife, nor my babysitter would realize anything...
Love was really in the air. Until something odd happened. Once, I was quietly waiting for Bob to meet me at our usual location, when his wife turned up there. While she talked to me in the forest, Bob arrived, he couldn't find me, and started shouting 'Laura, Laura'. His wife got angry, dropped on me, and her husband, when she found her. She called the police, and they arrested me. So I ended up spending a day here. What an embarassment...

After I was released, mister Bob came to miss me, and kiss, of course. But do you think I'd accept after all that had happened? No, forget about it. Let's just stay friends. His reaction scared me, so further talking was useless, goodbye, my love. Again, for a sixth consecutive time. Will I ever meet someone loyal? Ever? I really doubt it...
During this time, I have been neglecting my children. One of them was even taken away by the Social Worker. Now thank you Bobby. Especially thank you for this.

Again... Pregnant.
