I haven't seen gtmlady in ages. In fact, Leto, Hosfic, and Salty Paws, are the only three moderators I've seen active. When did Saltpaws become a moderator? Did I miss it? Or has she always been?

Gosh, I cannot remember when I became a moderator, lol.  It is has been quite a while now.  I love this forum and the members on here.  I know I am going to go into meltdown when I cannot be on here for almost two weeks in June.  It is so addictive,  :)

We have such a wide range of moderators, that someone is usually online when others are not.  I work strange hours, so I am on early morning or late evening and off and on, on my days off.  We are very fortunate to have the moderators and members that we have here and I am proud to say I am a moderator on this forum.

I see all the moderators active (probably because I'm on at all different times during the day) at some point or another during most days.
Salty has been a moderator for quite a while. I don't know how long though - you'll have to ask her :)
Swede's last login was today :D

Really? Swede was online today? Yesterday it showed March 27. :o

I checked too. It was March 28, 2:34 AM. For me at least. I wonder how this happened.

Saltypaws became a Moderator in June 2010, along with AriaGirl.  If we consider Swede temporarily inactive, Salty and Aria are the ranking Moderators after Carl, Metro, and me.  :)

I thought it was around June or July.  I wasn't sure, wow, where has this year gone. :)

I am usually off and on all day these past few months since I have been rather busy with RL work. I found I was here when I should really have been working in other areas on my computer, so I have had to keep the forum window closed except when I decide I need a break or if an interesting email comes over. Then most nights I am playing Medieval. I didn't think I would like that game but I have really gotten into it.

I don't comment much when I am on the forum, but I read many of the posts and correct some of the errors I find such as someone typing an 'i' when it should be 'I'.  Those members receive PM's from me.

It seems like I have been a member forever even though Salty became a Moderator about the time I officially joined the forum. I really feel like we are one huge family.

Salty, while you are traveling cross country this summer, take a look at the homes and people as you drive along (you may have to get off the freeways every so often ;)). Then you can think of ways to build the homes in the game, different ways of landscaping and possibly different ways to create and dress your Sims. Sure would give you something Sim related to do.

Heh, you know what I did? I looked at local time instead of last time active :D
Oops!
I didn't think I'd seen Swede around for a while, but then I thought that maybe I just wasn't reading the same threads. But now I understand where I went wrong :D

I pop in and out a lot, but I don't always post. That's usually when I'm in dire need of help! Most times I read the latest stories or dynasties I love them.

That is actually a good idea, never really thought about that. :)

Be sure to take a pad to write down ideas and sketch things!  I'm terrible at sketching, but it still helps me organize my visual ideas in my mind.

It doesn't necessarily have to be Louvre quality...just good enough so you remember what you saw.  :P

I actually take pictures of everything I can when I travel.  A few times I have gotten brave and knocked on a few doors. I would tell the people how much I loved their landscaping or how unique their homes looked and asked if I could take a few pictures.  They were almost always happy and let me in.

I like to stop at a few model homes in different cities too.  I take their pamphlets and sometimes even walk through a few models.  It gets me out of the car and gives me reasons to stretch my legs as well as obtaining Sim related materials 8).

I guess we are kind of getting off topic here.  Thanks for the suggestions though.  If you come up with anymore ideas, just PM me.  :)
