Wow. Lots of activity on this thread today! Let me clear a few things up and explain some things.
CandyHeartedSim returned to the Forum awhile back under a new name because she had deleted her account. And I apologize, but I don't remember the new name and I don't think she got back into posting very much.
CarlosLordofTacos left and deleted his account on his own. He is welcome to return any time.
SimCityBusDriver was banned from the Forum.
TheChronicR was also banned from the Forum. And it's true that it's a subject that we'd rather not see pursued.

Ok, now for some explanations of what we can do with difficult members. We have a number of things we can do (or that Carl can do).
1. Remove posting privileges, which means someone can still log onto the Forum, but he/she cannot post, only read.
2. Remove PM privileges, which means someone can have full access to the Forum, but cannot send any private messages.
3. A ban is when a member is not allowed to be on the Forum at all. Bans can be temporary or permanent.
4. Deleting accounts is done when it's a spam situation. Usually if it's a ban for bad behavior, we don't delete the account. Deleted accounts are the ones that show up as visitors and are almost always a situation where the member has deleted his/her account. We have the option of removing posts or leaving them when an account is deleted. If it's spam, we of course delete everything.
