Hi everyone! I wanted to let you all know that I haven't forgotten about these guys. There are a few issues hindering me posting an update. First of which is I'm in summer semester finals week. So studying does come first. Secondly, I have decided to open up a wordpress blog. I'm in the process of collecting different stories I have written all over the net and bringing them to one place. I'm excited about this move and change.

I'm thrilled that some whom aren't a part of this board will get to read my sim writings and comment on them. I'm also excited about reviving an old character of mine. I hope all my readers will look at this new place for updates and whatnot.

What I have decided to do is continue and finish out the Millhams here. It is only right. This board has stood behind me and I can tell from my read count, comments, and messages I have received. I'm in the process of copy and pasting everything there also. So if you wish to read from the beginning I have up until Raquelle is a teenager.

As for a new update: Well sorry to triple post but I'll have one up in a few hours. Let's just say when the cat's away the mice will play. Until then have a great day/night/afternoon/ time of day it is in your part of the world right now.

Ooh, I have a wordpress blog myself - but it's about random stuff really. Like you, I thought I'd combine my stories there but still post here, but actually created a music blog somehow. ::) Oh well, looking forward to the new update - I'm sure it'll be fantastic. Three cheers for the Millhams!

When The Cat's Away...

Jeffery has received some promotions. He insisted I come along also for the weekend away. Roland was due to go on a deep woods research hike for the lab. Dad was taking Mom away for the weekend. This meant our three teenagers would be alone...in the house. I don't think I'll find it in one piece!

Before we left we insisted on teaching all three kids how to drive. Hope, Faythe, and Jacob didn't object at all to the idea! I feel a bit safer though. At least now they can get off our little island if there is trouble. Roland insists that the trouble is on the island. However, the kids are practically grown. Also, who on earth is going to come over and babysit a bunch of teenagers for us? I just hope this top secret "party" isn't too wild. Actually I'd be happy if the house is still standing. Jeffery told me that's a good goal to have.

Sure enough there was a party. Jeffery got a call from his buddy on the police force. I'm afraid to ask how loud the music was. Our nearest neighbor lives over two miles away! I hope the kids had fun though. It is good that they are getting to know friends in the area. Jeffery laughs at me. He says I shouldn't be so happy they have friends. It'll be two weeks before the girls get out. Jeffery is certain Roland will be harsher on Jacob.

So why isn't there an owner's manual to moody teenagers? I think this grounding is lasting longer for me than it is for them. No offense but I"m ready to shoo these three teenagers out of the house and into town. I am desperate for a break!

For kicks and giggles any readers recognize this party goer?

If any of you like my writing and would like to see more. I have begun a new story. It's home will be solely on my blog. So click my signature picture below to check out, "Once Upon A Goth". I'm behind on updating the Millhams there so I recommend reading all those updates here through Carl's board.

Uhm, I can say that he is a Millham... but not more! Or at least looks like a Millham. Oh well.

I have to say that I loved the new story - so mysterious and sweet! Keep us updated on updates there. :)

Really? Then I guess it's time to refresh my mind by rereading the story, lol. :)

EDIT: Oh, wait. Is it... JONAH?!

It's a little creepy. It's not his fault. He doesn't know he is their great great great (is that enough greats?) grandpa. I will admit I laughed my head off watching him walk up and gave Hope flowers. I always knew he liked Millham women... :P

He can't keep himself away can he? He knows he's supposed to be part of the legacy...but he doesn't realize that he already IS! :P

Hi guys, here is an update. I'm inwardly torn between a decision. I am playing avidly as I can. Also, life is entering my crazy season at work. This is where I work and pass out asleep until the University's semester is well underway. So until further notice this story is on hiatus. I can tell you that the twins and Jacob grew up beautifully. However, I'm unsure how to write from here. Also I have severe writers block on both them and the Goths. Look to my blog for further catching up on the Millhams though. Odds are my stories will be moving there solely in the near future. I will let you all know though for sure. You all have been great and thanks for the understanding while I fight this writer's block.

It's okay. Writers block is horrible.
I used to read this story a while back, but all of Raquelle's kids confused me a bit. I just reread it and it's awesome! Dianne and Kairen are probably my favourite Millhams so far.

Raquelle had way to many kids! *laughs* It was what she wanted though. The hardest part right now is keeping Hope and Faythe straightened out. Thank you for your kind comment!
