That's actually a funny story. That I'll tell in the next post. I gotta play and take a few more pictures. Let's just say there was a very frustrated player (me) involved!

See these people? They are very sweet people...or so Kanta told me. They were so sweet that they followed us around France. Even to our bedroom. I had this entire romantic trip for two planned. However, wherever we went people were there. We went to bed and they were there. We went on a hike and they were there. Eventually, after only two days we went home. Note to self...tourists and locals are a little creepy.

When we arrived home sure enough the news was true. Sariah had eloped with Ricard. Mom said the stress had given her grey hair. Kanta laughed and hugged her. We both reassured her that Ricard would take very good care of Sariah. Kanta quickly took Mom aside to talk to her privately about our trip. I have no idea what all the fuss is about. We barely had one evening of alone time.

While the ladies chit chatted I installed a lock on our door. Mom and Dad had redecorated while we were gone. Kanta designed the entire room. It is bright, kinda nice. I didn't know my room could be so bright. It's much easier to paint in now. I feel awful because Kanta hasn't felt well since we arrived home. She's felt so bad she will barely talk to me.

Now I apologize for not finishing this page in weeks. Kanta told me. She wasn't sick. I'm...we...we...I'm going to be a daddy. I mean we just barely and all the people. I'm scared. Will I be a good dad? Am I happy enough? Am I supportive enough? Should I tell German...what if I am German?

As time goes on though the more excited I get. Yesterday, Dad and I put together a crib with Panda's on it. Keelai bought a panda teddy bear. Lauralai has started a betting game on if it will be a boy or girl. Kanta's twin Gila is even threw a party for us. She made the theme swimwear. Which took some convincing from me to get Kanta to go. I said she looked beautiful. Kanta responded by throwing a book at my head.

Somehow, one phone call from her Dad and Kanta marched off down the hill happily. I will have to ask his secret in dealing with her. Not that I don't love Kanta but today she's been very testy lately. In the middle of the party Kanta insisted on us going home. We walked home quickly. Who knew a pregnant woman could run that fast?

Inside Kanta screamed....I mean blood curdling screamed. I tried taking her to the hospital but she'd have none of it. After all what kind of pirate would she be if she went to a sissy hospital? I know I'd be a less panicked husband. The best thing is that our little one is here. Little Klara and she is beautiful. Kanta agreed to see a doctor and everyone is healthy and happy. Just as we got back home Sariah called. Another grandbaby is on the way.

No offense with the hospital crack. Kanta seriously did refuse to go.

Where do we go from here?

Klara is an absolute joy. The best thing is Kanta and my own work schedules are in a perfect fit. I work days at the studio and Kanta works nights at the Bistro. Kanta loves bragging on me. The boss pulled me into the office the other day. He told me I could make pennies as an actor. However, he offered me my dream job. I was offered to study under him to be a director. With all this good news it was time for the family to come in for a huge party.

First up was the girls becoming adults. Dad was so proud of his twin girls. Everyone cheered and waved them on. It was fun catching up with all the extended family. Mom talked to Aunt Dianne for a long time. Uncle Ashley is missing. We all knew Uncle Ashley wasn't adjusting to being an elder very well. He loved his youth. It's sad because I have fond memories of playing catch with Uncle Ashley as a boy. Hopefully we will be able to find him soon. Keelai has high hopes of finding him since she is joining the law profession.

Dad is upset because no one can find Laurlai at the party. Which is fine because Mom already spotted her. She had snuck to the basement with Hugo Teel. Kairen says sparks are flying. We may be in for a wedding in the near future. This is really good because Laurlai needs someone to support her. She wishes to be an author. Hopefully, Hugo has a great job lined up!

Next to blow out candles at our party was my little angel. Kanta and I are in an arguement. I say she looks like her mother. Kanta claims Klara looks just like me but with blonde curls. I will let you decide.

A few days later Sariah came over to visit Mom. She didn't even get in the front door when she yelled, "Monkeys are eating my bananas!" That's apparently Sariah for..."the baby is coming!" Dad rushed her to the hospital with the rest of us following. Keelai stayed behind to babysit Klara.

This is where our family story gets serious. Keelai has been hiding a secret from us all. Keelai had found Uncle Ashley. They apparently had been talking for a while. Now here is where it gets weird. Uncle Ashley was a young man again. He also was going by the name Lord Vlad of Covington.

When Laurlai and Keelai were born Uncle Ashley was knocking on the elder's doorstep. He had also gone through a makeover. The girls knew him with ridiculously golden spray tanned skin and blonde hair. Kanta says she can easily see how Keelai was duped. According to Kanta Uncle Ashley as a young man was a very handsome man.

Needless to say Keelai was hypnotized. She had been volunteering to stay home with Klara so the rest of us would be out. Uncle Ash--Lord Vlad would then run over and seduce Keelai. Uncle Ashley had contracted the old plague virus. This virus placed himself under submission with one goal in mind: recruit more members. The dark vampirism is what drove him to do this to Keelai. Not all vampirism is bad in Barnacle Bay. The Teels are great people as are the Schipperke's. It's the dark string that wreaks havoc.

Mom detected something was wrong when Keelai would lay in the bed moaning all morning and then be fine at night. It was morning sickness. Mom trapped Keelai in her bedroom forcing her to squeal. Currently, Keelai, Mom, Aunt Dianne, Uncle Ashley/Vlad, and Dad are all at the Science Lab. They are looking for a cure to the hypnosis and to change Uncle Ashley back.

They've been at the science center now for a couple of days. Laurlai approached Kairen, Jerry, Sariah, and the rest of us "kids" with a wish. She wanted to get married to Hugo quietly. There was a small cottage in town she loved. There was enough family funds to purchase it and get the new couple started. Laurlai didn't want to cause a fuss. Especially with the uncertainity of Keelai.

That night we told Mom and Dad about Laurlai's wish. Mom smiled fully supporting it. She never stood in the way of her children's dreams. She knew all too well how love can lead you randomly. My red skin was a testament to that.

Late that night I heard a noise. Quietly I snuck downstairs. I couldn't believe my eyes. I saw Grandpa Jonah there talking to Mom. Mom was smiling at such peace. We haven't had an otherworldy visit in years. How did he know Mom needed him so much?

Grandpa Jonah's advice was to keep Keelai at home..for now. That and love the baby. Keelai wanted to stay at home. Now that her right mind has returned she is scared. None of us know what is growing inside of her. Hopefully we can keep darkness away with love.

Also, Grandpa Jonah brought a cure for Uncle Ashley. I'm told it had something to do with a large baseball bat and a potion. Either way Uncle Ashley is now an elderly man again. He is much humbler and ashamed of himself. Aunt Dianne even told him he could be a vampire if he so chose. However, he had to keep darkness and evil away. Uncle Ashely has declined for now. I think he missed his kids.

That has to be the funniest thing I've read all day! And Klara has her moms eyes but the rest of her face is her dad...not sure where the mouth came from, though :P

Disclaimer:

Nooo I'm not that creepy weirdo you are thinking after this post. Let me explain.

Many moons ago story wise Dianne and family glitched. So I deleted them and re-loaded them into the game. This gave me two Natalyie's. One Natalyie is an young adult and the other still a child. The child is the glitch. I thought the child was the only one. Much to my shock when I looked at Keelai to find her flirting (on her own..hopeless romantics I tell ya!) with her Uncle!

So the Ashley that is the father isn't her uncle. He's glitched. The real Ashley is true to his Dianne. They are a happy elderly couple together. Very oblivious to all this. Apparently I just have two Ashely's, two Natalyie's, two Bobby's, and two Dianne's floating around. One glitched the other normal.

Sorry to hit you guys with updates so quickly. I had 1) killer insomnia last night and 2) Found lots of time to play!

Strange Nooboo, A Pregnancy, A Goodbye, and Lots of Love

Quietly, Kanta and I celebrated our birthdays. We both were full adults now. I think becoming an adult has given Kanta baby-fever. She keeps setting out little hints. For one taking over the scrapbooking half of this.

The time had come for Keelai to have her little nooboo. Our new friends the Kimbles were close by. Mom is grateful for them. We have never been around vampirism much. Now with little Natan here we need all the help we can get. Natan is a good little baby. According to Mrs. Kimble he was born with the brave and virtuoso traits. Neither of which are born to dark vampires. Keelai was estatic to hear that.

Klara is growing up so fast. She's mastered all her toddler skills with a little help from Grandpa.

So we've taken to reading her books. Kanta insists on reading her this book we are writing. She insists it's best Klara knows from the beginning her heritage. I agree. I don't want my daughter to be as tortured inside as I was. My Mom showed me plenty of love. Kids in school however can be very cruel. I worry about Klara and her upcoming birthday into childhood.

Dad loved dabbling in everything since his retirement from the firestation. One morning he was playing the cello when death rang the doorbell...literally. We all ache and miss him. Klara keeps asking for her "Pop-Pop." Dad had a long full amazing life. I won't ever forget how he came in and loved Mom. He may not have been my birth father but he was my real Dad. Ronny showed us love and helped fill the house with life. It's an honor to take over as man of the house from him.

The phone rang and Mom answered it. Her cries told us all. Ricard had called. Baby Leopold had succumbed to the SP virus and left this world. I stayed behind while the ladies went to console Sariah.

My boss yelled at me when I called into work saying I needed a few days. Unfortunately hollywood waits for no grief. Tortured artists make big right? Kanta came home and saw me troubled. She pulled me aside saying she had news. Our wishes had come true! Soon there would be new life in the house. I have to admit ,despite the sadness, I am thrilled.
