Sims Not Making money

Sometimes when my sim is working, she's a ghost hunter, it doesn't pay her after she's done. It does the first time, sometimes the second, but that's it. This just started a couple day ago. Has this happened before? Any help/ideas would be grateful. Thank you.

Sometimes, ghosts caught don't register as caught and if they don't register, you don't get paid for the job.  Is that what's happening?  If it is, this is a long standing glitch, although it is typically more sporadic than in your case.

That has happened a few times also but the other times the ghosts caught or convinced to move on had been counted but still didn't get paid for it. It doesn't happen all the time but has been happening more and more.
