Community Lot, Score! a sports bar with pizzazz

Ok, maybe not pizzazz, but it really is cool and was fun to remake from the Red Rendevous.  Here's the stats:

EDIT 2:  For heaven's sake!  I forgot to put in the link!  Oh, and my houses/lots almost always have store items, EP and SP items unless I state otherwise.  If you don't have them the game will simply change them for something else.

EDIT 3:  This build is flawed.  If you like the look of this, by all means download it.  However, be aware you will have to fix all four floors of the elevator.  The elevator and shaft must sit 5 squares south and 7 squares east to be functional.  If you prefer the new, repaired version , here's the link:

Did you download it and find the first two items unplayable?  And what do you mean by update the lot?

Just downloaded it and scoped for the mentioned problems.  There are two things causing the basement problem, both easily fixed.  First of all, the basement elevator isn't aligned with the rest of the elevator shaft: move it one space to the left.  Second, an elevator needs to have a continuous line of elevator stations with no gaps in between, with elevator shafts on floors that don't have a station.  That includes the foundation/ground floor!  Turn on moveobjects on, and insert an elevator shaft into the ground floor.

As for the rope barrier, the room isn't properly designed to use it I'm afraid.  A rope barrier needs to be attached to a door.  It won't barricade free space, or in this case, the space in front of an elevator.  You'd need to design a foyer room containing the elevator, and put the rope barrier on the door leading into the rest of the lounge.

Thank you Danefaith.  I'll fix the elevator problem.  As for the ropes, this is a Sports Bar.  No ropes needed as the celebrity level doesn't go that high.  I originally had ropes then read the Wiki on the requirements for the different bars/lounges and removed them because  Sports bars do not use ropes or need a bouncer.

The lot itself does need some landscaping.  I left it undone per request by Naga who wanted to landscape it himself.  This bar was built for his Sunset Valley 2.1.  I'll come back later today with the link for the repaired bar.  Thanks everyone for giving it a shot and checking out the glitches I may have made with it.

Has anyone tried the Pink Flamingo?  Danefaith if you would check it out I'd appreciate it and any feed back as well.  It works just fine in every town I've put it in but Naga had some problems with it.

All fixed, I hope.  I had to move all the elevators.  I had put them too close to an exterior wall on a foundation and the foundation was giving me headaches.  Once I moved them all 5 spaces south and 7 spaces east they all lined up.  I figured since I was doing this I'd make it look more like something that belonged on a beach so removed the parking spots, added some landscaping and changed the exterior wall cover.  Let me know if anything else is broken.  Now to tell Naga he has to either fix or replace the one in 2.1.  Sorry guys and thanks for finding the booboos.
