You'll have to train one of your Sims for it after your second generation reaches Young Adult, unless you happen upon a skill book.

And really, the only way I've ever seen to happen upon these books is to find them at the consignment store, but the only skill books you find there are volume 2 and 3 (with the exception of Photography and Martial Arts, which only have one volume).  So Nectar Making is out for a first generation Dynasty SuperMax, unless you get busy on the 2nd generation quickly.

If you read my dynasty, you'd know that I'm cheating. Since I'm not going for Hall of Fame anyway, I can travel whenever I wish. But, to be fair, I won't travel until gen 2 is YA. I don't want them to learn Nectar Making, or supermax it. I'm looking for a premade Sim that can join the existing household via the friendly interaction. Also, I have absolutely no luck finding any kind of WA stuff in the Consignment Store. I wanted a photo camera, but there was none. Of course, I'm already cheating, so obtaining various goods from buydebug is okay for me.  :)

Preliminary findings: every adult Sim in Champs Les Sims, France has at least Nectar skill level 6! Seriously, every single adult Sim in France. Personally, I recommend Charlotte Dubois (single) YA21, Estelle Fouchier (married) A21, Gustave Delven (single) YA21, or Gerard Morel (married) A21. Why? Because these Sims also have Photography level 4, 2, 6, and 3, respectively. And they all have the second best camera in their inventory. They give you a 2-for-1 deal!

NOTE: This is all based on a fresh Champs Les Sims, France.

If you read my dynasty, you'd know that I'm cheating.

Not everyone reads all the stories.  So, if someone is asking a question about a Dynasty family, we're going to presume the challenge rules are being followed until learning otherwise.

Okay, Pam. Sorry, I didn't want to sound rude.  :-[
