CAP, is there a tutorial?

I'm pretty lost at working with CAP so wonder is there a how to anywhere?  I have figured out the layers, color thing, and even the little icons, but what are stickers, how do you import stuff, are you able to use your own stuff like screenies or pictures you've taken?

There is!  Here it is.  It was made by Twinmum.  I am not sure if it will cover all your questions.  It has been awhile since I have read through it.
