Makeovers - Ugly to Pretty! (Townies Only)

I recently made-over Lolly Racket as a young adult, and while I've given her makeovers before, I ended up just loving what I did this time:



Something told me to give her short hair, and whatever that something was, they were absolutely right. I also have a pic of her new formalwear, which I might love even more:



@Tipi: I'm a little late, but your makeover of Agnes is spot-on. I love how you kept her vintage flair.

@Dreamweaver: I've attempted to makeover Lucy before, but you did so much better. She has pretty eyes! Who would have guessed?

Heh, that's funny. I used the same hairstyle for Bebe Hart when I did some SV townie make-overs. Should post them when I get home. Here they are as promised!

Vita Alto. She was the very first on my list of make-overs because boy....do I hate that hairstyle she has normally.




Holly Alto. I just wanted to rid her of all the base-game stuff. Especially the hair.



Nick Alto. Well, I already did his wife and daughter so I thought I might as well do him. And Nick doesn't swim, hence no swimwear. (I probably just forgot to make a screenie...)



And when I was giving the Altos a make-over, story progression told me that Michael Bachelor and Bebe Hart hooked up. So I pitched in on that and first gave Michael himself a make-over, followed by his mother. After completing them, I hopped over to the Hart residence and gave Bebe a make-over plus decreasing her age so Michael doesn't have to wait so long to continue their relationship. Here they are!







...Apparently Bebe doesn't swim either. *Sigh* I keep forgetting the swimwear!

I must say though, I feel teens lack in clothing severely. They should make a  lot of store/expansion clothes for adults also available for teens.

Thanks! I've given her make-overs before so I know she can be quite pretty. Especially her eyes. Thing is though, and I don't know if it's just me or not, but she seems to regain weight at an extremely high rate. I need to take her to the gym for another cardio session every couple of days. I've never seen that in other sims. And it's not like she eats bad or too much. I've given her the Fast Metabolism LTR now, let's see if it still happens.

This isn't much of a makeover. I just gave Claire Ursine a new hair style and a new wardrobe. She didn't even go to the gym. Just goes to show the cut of clothes makes the difference.

Buster Clavell, aged down to YA and thinned out somewhat.

I'm not sure if the hair color ages down and if these would have been their natural hair colors, but that's what CAS managed to come up with.

Yumi looks so much like Zelda Mae! I think she (referring to both women) is easily my favorite Sunset Valley sim.

The last of my Barnacle Bay makeovers is Philip Annan, who starts as a teenager in the game. As you may be able to tell, he's turned into a vampire. I darkened her hair a little bit and changed his make-up a little bit, and he's looking great!

I just have to say, your Mortimer makeover reminds me so much of someone I know that I jumped a little. I was thinking, "Matt!? When did you become a sim?"

And I did my own townie makeover on Chauncy Grimm, of Moonlight Falls. This is the first time I've ever made over a townie.  Here he is before:

I went for a skinny skater/emo look for him. I think it worked pretty well.

Hahaha, I love Meadow's face in the Katy Perry dress, and yay for Monte Vista!

I needed to make over a MV townie too.  Marta Almeria was a childhood friend of most of my sims, but when she aged up to Young Adult, the game did this:



That awful outfit HAD to go.  Marta has good features and I knew if she took a couple runs on the treadmill she'd become really pretty really fast, but I wanted to see if I could make her attractive without losing weight.  I was surprised to see how well the mohawk worked on her!



Once she did lose weight (just 2 workouts on the treadmill, wish it could be so easy in real life), her face changed and the mohawk didn't work anymore, so I gave her a softer look:

@linmayu: I thought that why people avoid this because the content is not like what Simmer wanted, but just looking at Meadow, I'm surprised that even Sims like her dislike Katy Perry outfits!

She looks good, but I prefer her curvy side. She's so cute.
