The Life and Times of Christopher Steel
« on: February 24, 2011, 10:40:52 PM »
This is just going to be sort of like a continuing story of our own favorite Mr. Perfect himself, lol.  True to my style, there will be lots of screenshots and just a storyline of Christophers life from YA to elder and finally when Grim makes his appearance.  It was more fun thing I wanted to do in between Colour Dynasty and Redhouse Saga.

My name is Christopher Steel and I think it is about time I told a story.  I had made my life in Sunset Valley and to be honest, it was too many hills and too much sand for my taste, besides, I have always felt like I was being used and sought after by all the young females and older females, for that matter.  I decided on a change of pace and scenory.  I thought long and hard and decided to move to a place called Riverview.  I called my friend Agnes and ask her to come along for the ride, but unfortunately, she declined.  She said she was heading off for parts unknown for awhile and get some sun and a makeover.  She did, however say that she might end up on my doorstep someday, so don't be shocked when I saw her.

So I sold everything I had and off I went to parts unknown.  I arrived in Riverview and found a small house and bought it with what money I had managed to save.  I redid the walls and floors and found some decent furnishings to make it look like a home.

So, here I am, completely broke and all alone, for the first time, I don't know anyone and no one knows me.  Little did I realize, that would not last very long.

I decided to go ahead and buy me a gardening book and then find me a fishing spot, as I love to fish.  I found a spot with a bunch of little ponds with all kinds of fish and pretty soon, I had quite a few fish in my backpack.  I was getting really tired and decided to head back to the house and read my book and get some sleep.  The next morning after breakfast, I took a cab and did some riding around, but wow, who is this lovely woman driving this cab.  She can take me anywhere, uh well, maybe just drop me off at the next corner.

After walking some and thinking about that cab driver, I came across The Perfect Garden.  My mouth almost dropped to my knees.  There were all kinds of plants and trees and they were all ready for me to harvest, how convenient is that.

I am not sure how long I had been picking fruit, when I felt eyes on the back of my head.  I stood up and turned around and there was this pretty lady standing there watching me.  I felt kind of strange, but she introduced herself as Fatima Simovich.  She was nice and not bad looking, but I didn't expect glamour queens here in hooterville.

We talked for a while and I found out she was married, drats, but that did not stop her from flirting and her husband was sitting on the bench reading.  I excused myself to use the facilities and came out and ran into another lady, very much pregant.

We talked for a bit and she ask me if I could give her a backrub and she kept making all sorts  of funny noises, so I quickly obliged so I could run away before any more husbands came along.

I talked to another nice lady, but didn't get her name, she was pregnant too, wow, is that all they do around here.

It was getting dark and it had been a very long day, so I headed home to think about this new town I was now living in.  This is not going to be easy living in a place like this, so I will just go to bed and dream of my little fish and what I will use for bait next time, maybe a worm or something.  Good night all.

I used the method of putting them back in CAS and tweaked Chris a little, but I could not do anything with his face or hair, it is just too signature, but I made him a little darker and defined his muscles a little.  You can't mess with perfection, lol. :)

True! The only thing I did with him in CAS was make him blue. Even though I wanted red eyes, I couldn't mess with those big beautiful blue ones he has!

I'm so curious to see what kind of trouble Chris will get into in Riverview! Neat story idea, Salty.

I used Anushka's The Perfect Garden, after getting one gardening point, it did not take him long to reach level 10 of gardening harvesting all of those wonderful plants.  She did an excellent job with that garden.  I have also downloaded a couple of other buildings from our site and will put those in today.  This is going to be a fun story to write.  I love playing this guy.  Thanks for the comments. :)

The next morning, I got up early and went fishing and man, the fish were really biting.

I really felt I was in my element standing there on the beautiful bank before the sun came up.  I think I am happier now than I have been in a long time.  I was also thinking about what my friend Agnes was up to.  She had called a few days ago and she said she was having the time of her life.

That evening, just before bed, I heard the doorbell, it was Fatima and her and her husband had been fighting, so she left and of all places came here.  We chatted and she asked if she could spend the night.  I said sure, I have a spare bedroom.  I was laying in bed thinking how great my life was and no complications and was just getting ready to doze off when I felt the bed move.  Fatima had crawled in bed with me and said, if my husband is going to accuse me of sleeping with you, might as well make it come true.  Well, one thing led to another and that is all I am going to reveal.  I got up the next morning and Fatima had already left.  I did my usual fishing and puttering around the house.  I felt like a million bucks.  I decided to go do my daily harvesting, I had so many fruits and vegetables, I was really getting loaded down.
The next couple of days were the same ole, same ole.  Later that night, I got a phone call from Mr. Simovich.  He said he needed a death flower for insurance, which I thought was kind of strange, but I had a ton of them and I was going to get paid, so I didn't mind.  I told him I would bring one in the morning, he said no, he wanted it now.  Good grief, it was 1am.  I got dressed and took a cab over there and he was waiting for me.

He ask me in, which I thought was a little strange for so early in the morning.  When I walked in, Fatima was holding a toddler, hmm, well, things really work fast here in Hooterville, I guess.  She looked kind of shocked to see me and started to walk away.

I ask if I could hold the baby and she was hesitant at first and then handed me Kirk, what a cute name.  The more I looked at Kirk, the more I realized, he did not look like Mr. Simovich.  Hmm

Those eyebrows, that mouth, oh my gosh, this was my son and why was I not told.  I felt really funny standing there and I could not even get close to Fatima to ask her what was up.  So I left with the thought of having a son, one I might not even get a chance to see grow up.  I had to think about this one.

It was weird couple of days and only felt worse as the time went on, Fatima would not take my calls and it always looked like no one was at home when I went by the house.  So, I just left it at that and tried to concentrate on my garden and fishing, when I heard the doorbell.

When I opened the day, in walked a beautiful woman and she acted like she knew me.  She said, "what is up with that look, oh, you don't even know who I am, do you?"  Actually, no I don't.

"It is me silly, Agnes.  Man, you don't even know want your best friend looks like."  Well, she was different, in every way.  She had gotten a total makeover and had things lifted and tucked and smoothed. Wow.

We hugged and chatted and got caught up on where she had been and what she had been doing.

She took my hand and said, "I have a favor to ask of you.  Could I stay here for a couple of days.  I don't like where I have been staying and I came here to spend time with an old friend, not in some smelly trailer."  I wasn't sure what to say, so I said yes.

Ages curled up on the couch and told me, to just do what I normally do and don't worry about her, she always loved to read.  A little bit later, the doorbell rang again, good grief and there stood Fatima.

She held me close and told me she was sorry she didn't tell me about Kirk and that she understood if I wanted nothing to do with her or the baby.  I said, "Are you mad woman, of course I want to be in my son's life, he is my son, after all."  She agreed and kissed me goodnight and left.

Wow, what a chain of events this has been, now I need to tell Agnes what has happened so she won't get the wrong idea, but, for right now, I will just sit next to her and watch tv and enjoy her company and we will see what tomorrow will bring.
