This sim went right in my game, no problem with a regular sims3 file.  The others are RAR files that have another step, which is fine.  Now I am able to download all items and sims.  I have not had a chance to look at The Perfect Garden yet.  Getting ready to go back in and take a look.  Thanks for everyones help, yay.
