I have also noticed, that the items on here automatically install into the game.  Usually if you buy something on the sims3 site, it goes into the launcher and then you have to choose whatever it is you purchased, then in will install in the game.  Here, it goes right in, which actually kind of neat.

Anushka,  I used your garden in my new story and it is awesome.  Chris got up to level 10 of gardening in a matter of a day or two and the trees and plants need to be harvested every day, which I thought was pretty neat. If he happens to be there in the morning, the ones he just harvested bloom again.  Good job. :)

I just love this Garden----I have to admit to changing the name of it in my game though to "Anushka Gardens" if you don't mind :)

Thanks everyone! Glad it is helpful!
Salty, one of the best things about comunity garden is that plants need no attention, they never die but are harvestable almost all the time! I didn't use it much before, but now I just place it near my Sim house and let them have high quality meals from the start. Also, I always have a source of perfect fruit for other lots such are parks, fishing spots or gym!
Jancy, of course I don't mind! glad my nickname find a place in your game :D
Joria, I was thinking of you, and was trying hard not to clutter this lot and make it all-in-one. You know how hard that is he he a pond and grilling area would make it more of a park, but then all other parks will be neglected.
I didn't placed deathflower simply cause it is harvestable only once (or after revival, twice) and then you have to use edit town or cheats to get rid of dead plant. If someone want it, it is in buydebug, always perfect and already grown, but cemetery is much better place for it!
Again, thank you all for great comments and downloads!

I just downloaded it. When I play tomorrow and I will put it in the Haliwell world, that will be awesome for Penny, she can let her plants die. Thanks Anushka!

You're welcome Esher, Figwit and Rebecca! I use it for same and similar purposes. I got tired of traveling and growing everything so I could have those perfect meals and drinks and nectar, not to mention baits. I'm glad you find it useful as much as I do;D

Thanks MoMoll, it's there and with a nice number of downloads too.  Many of us got tired of gardening and convinient community garden is perfect solution to get what you want without all the tending and fertilizing, and planting, and removing and huh I got tired just by writing this down:D

What a nice garden!  I have it ready to download and will probably be putting into all my games.  I think gerrr made small and fruitful and I love that one also.  You never can have too many community gardens. ;D  Thanks Anushka!
