Lol. Ummm, since we are on babies and it's the Sims and strange things happen in this game, I don't suppose a gay relationship can have children from whoohooing, can they? I'd hate to have a big surprise! I'm assuming it's just adopt?

Well, male sims could get preggers in sims 2, if they got kidnapped by aliens.  So it's not like weird things haven't happened in this series in this regard.
