Bi-sexual sims

As I have read here somewhere that it depends on the sim if he or she has more romantic interactions with one particular sexes (male or female) the sim in particular will turn out to be gay or straight, I was wondering what it would take you to make a sim bisexual. IF that is possible.
I assume my sim has to go hunting in a sort of male-female-male-female order, but that is just guessing. Anyone who knows the answer?

By the way, don't try to change this topic in a gay-hate topic or something similar like that. I will not aloud that.

You can chose romantic interaction with anyone, regardless the gender or previous experience, so if you want, you can always direct your Sim to be bisexual (or homosexual or heterosexual). If you meant how to have a Sim who will randomly spawn wish to kiss both genders, well, honestly, I don't know, except maybe have him/her in romantic relationship with  Sims, male and female . My Sims rarely get that wish before any other romantic interaction, so it is again up to you. Sims are not exclusive as they were in Sims2, so they seem to be generically bisexual, even after "choosing" preferred gender, there is still an option to have romantic interaction with everyone.

That's completely random. You can have a guy kiss and marry a guy, and you can have a girl marry a girl. Or mix it and have a guy marry a girl. Everything your sims do is up to you, even social interactions. I know that in TS2 you could choose the preferred romantic interaction gender of your sim. With the help of cheating, I presume.

Thanks guys, I of course knew that. But I may have forgotten to mentioned that sims who have more interactions with same type of sex will choose for same type sex relationships in the future.
So if my sim would like to be gay I hope he will wait with that AFTER he got kids (if I was going to let him reproduce otherwise I don't bother.)

From what i've seen with my sims, well, they're pretty easy! Ok, it does depend a lot on the traits, I had one sim who had the flirty trait and she walked into a park, no hestation or deviation she just walked up to a male sim she had never met and they started kissing! I was like, wowa there girl, take it easy! It was funny though. However I think it's as has been said, it's really up to you. If you start a gay relationship they'll have more gay wishes, just like if they eat a certain dish from a restaurant they'll immediately want to cook that dish.

Sometimes I have another sim in the house try to find out a prospective mate's sign because the sim in question is at work, don't know the mate or is just busy.  If they happen to be the same sex, that sim will forever be confused about which gender they prefer.  I guess that counts as bi-sexual?

I really don't know how they choose. In my old Dynasty, I had a "daughter" who was with a female and a "daughter" who was with a man. I guess it's random if you're not controlling them.

I know that townies are sometimes with same sex or have same sex ex's.  If you happen to move a random townie in your house, that is a woman, you might see that they have romantic interests with another woman.  I have also had some of my sims have a wish to kiss or makeout with another sim of the same sex.  So not quite sure what fires those wishes, because they are just friends with the other sim.  I have seen Hal Breckenridge and some guy, both vampires, cuddling on the bench at the cemetary, so who knows how to figure out these little pixels.

Well, according to SimsWiki, some sims are more likely to develop a relationship with the same sex then others. I don't know how that works, because at first, sims don't have any preference.

That only goes to show the different twists this game has.  I think it is awesome and that is what I love about this game.  This game is more true to life than most people think.

I completely agree, one thing that just makes me coming back to the sims. I'll start a sim story, with an aim in mind, so create my sim for that, and the next thing I know he or she just does their own thing!

To keep to the topic, I have heard though of, I guess you would call it a glitch, where a whole town is gay, i.e. the mechanics behind the game made the whole town gay. Won't do much for the population I guess  Would be a brilliant town to play though.

Hmmm, don't get me wrong as I have nothing against being gay and stuff, but a whole town being gay??? That's just mass extinction on short term. Bey bey simkind.
