As you saw in the last update, mom was harvesting Anushka's garden when Morty died. I went back to painting, and heard noise over there. I looked and was surprised to see Melinda in mom's face.

She blamed mom for letting her dad die, for condemning her to die without love just like her dad. She was screaming at the top of her lungs. I shudder to see the newspaper tomorrow. A 5 and 4 star celebrity having a screaming match. Oh my what will the neighbors think?!

Then Melinda started crying and begging mom for her life, so to speak. "Please don't make me a prisoner and keep me from living a normal life mom. PLEASE."

I couldn't hear what came after that. But whatever was said, made Melinda smile. She grabbed mom in the tightest hug, thanking her over and over. As she ran back in the yard, I heard her humming.

I stopped her, "Sis what was that about?" She looked at me with the biggest smile I had seen on her face in years. She said "Oh nothing sis. I just had to talk to mom about something." "TALK?! I really think I saw you screaming and yelling at her!" "Yeah. I was mad and had to vent you know?" I said "So are you ok now?" "No, not yet. But I will be soon." "What do you mean?" "Well, the plan is in motion. In a little bit, everything will be fine." Then she walked in the house. I don't know if I should be scared or happy about this plan.

Thanks Lily and Kattiq. A basement for Melinda?! No way! Well, she's in a basement but not the way you mean!! Never. My poor Melinda just wants a normal life. That's all.

Well, I had/have a plan but it's been put on hold temporarily for a little bit. I swear it will get done! Just not right this second! I dunno what you're talking about Chronic!   

I looked in to see what dad was doing and he had sculpted a statue of hands. That's odd.

Melinda is finding comfort right now with Prue. I'm glad.

Remember the ice toilet he was making? Well, Melinda lovingly carved the rest of it out and put it in her room. And put a pic of them over it.

Than suddenly she ran out. Next thing I know, she put a lot next to the other graveyard and named it The Goth Cemetery. She then proceeded to build her father a little place. This is Mortimer's final resting place. I think it's beautiful. His favorite color was Lilac which is what she used to the best of her ability.

Something to laugh at, Victor got his tongue stuck on the ice!

I finally got to see the funny reaction.

Oh I don't know if I should be happy about a beautiful blue nooboo or sad about Mortimer!  Right now I'm so burnt out at work that I started to well up with tears reading about his death.  Grrrr

I can't wait to see what is in store for Melinda, I'm sure it will be great!

Thanks Katluvr. Be sad and happy! Prue came first, so be happy then sad. No, that doesn't sound right. Just be whatever you want to be. Yes it will be if I can ever get it sorted out. Thanks Juxt. True I didn't think of it that way, but as I was sitting there crying, seeing the child Mortimer did make me smile! Smile for the children lol.

Ok sorry for the delay. Totally off-topic but I couldn't get in the store yesterday!! But, I'm getting ready to play, so the plan will be followed through with!

I'm happy to report my sister, well I'll tell you in a minute. First thing my sister did was use the computer. I heard her laughing, and I went in to see what she was doing. She said she met this guy online. Well, ok. I'm not much for online romance, but not everyone's love of their life just walks on the property!

She then got up and said she had to go. I said go where? She said I'm meeting this guy at your property! I told her to be careful. You never know who the person is! She said she would be and out the door she ran!

His name is Antone Dreamweaver. That's an awesome name! I followed her to make sure she was ok, and saw them hugging.

Then she massaged him!

She then had her first kiss. She deserves this and everything else.

I can see where this is going. It wasn't that long ago I did the same steps with Victor. Oh my, I think we are going to have another member in the house before too long! Sure enough, next question was if they could go steady.

I'm not stupid. I know the question that comes after that, so I ran home to tell mom and start getting everything ready for the wedding.

Weird thing is, I totally forgot Vic's birthday. We are all gathering together for the wedding, and he decides to have it right then and there.


Anyways, after that, they decided to get married. Melinda said her vows with a look of love on her face I had never seen before.

Antone slid the ring on her finger. I'm happy for her, can't you tell? At least I'm watching her get married haha.

Next is Melinda putting the ring on Antone's finger.

I am now happy to say, my sister is a married woman! Here is their first kiss as man and wife!

Victor does her wedding sculpture,

Since we never thought she would get married, she has had the same bed she did as a kid and her room was cluttered with gifts and stuff. Well, all that changed tonight! Mom cleaned her room up and bought her a bigger bed. Her wedding stuff was put right beside her dad's stuff. I wish he could have been here to see it. She does too.

They are soulmates. They both wished to woohoo right after the wedding. Well, they got their wish!

We heard the lullaby chimes clear outside. Oh well, looks like Prue is going to have a cousin around to play with!   Dad sculpted Antone.

Last pic of the day is mom and Antone dancing. I thought he would be put to work like everyone else, but he wasn't. He was told to dance. How unfair is that?!

Enjoy! Dad is 88 now. I know better than to say anything, but I will say this, I hope he's around to see Prue's granddaughter! HAHA!

Yeah I'm getting soft. I just can't help it. With a body like Antone's he should be dancing!! I might put him to work later on who knows but for now he's my eye candy lol. I'm hoping things time out right. There are 7 people in the house so hopefully Allen lives long enough for Melinda's baby to be born so there will be no chance of twins!!

Things are starting to fill up nicely with so many sculptures, it really looks nice.  I love those colors anyway, so that is just a given.  Sorry, I haven't replied, but I have read every word.

I was going into sim withdrawal again today, had a garage sale, so now getting caught up on stories myself.
