Education career bonuses
« on: February 09, 2011, 11:53:11 AM »
I have a questions regarding the Education career track, which was introduced in this expansion pack, so that's why I'm posting this here. My questions are:

1. Will sims in the Education career track befriend their pupils/students? Otherwise kids or teens going to school.
2. Are there any perks for this career? Such as school bus, etc.
3. Are there sims generated by the game to be teachers for kids going to school?

I'm asking these questions just because I've never fully explored this particular career. I had kids and teens before I got Ambitions so that's why I don't know whether kids befriend teachers.
Well, that's your opinion, isn't it? And I'm not about to waste my time trying to change it. - Lady GaGa

1. I don't think they do befriend the students, however they do become acquaintances which can help with charisma journal challenges.

2. You don't get a school bus (imagine carrying that around in your pocket ;)). At one of the higher levels you get the option to "Give Great Lecture" to give the Sim receiving the lecture a 20+ moodlet.
As I remember, you can also give lectures at the school.

3. I'm not really sure what you mean by this. Any YA Sim or older fills the other posts of teacher.
