Thanks, I do have a question though, I want to get photos up on the site, how do I do that?  I already uploaded them from the launcher, and I use a mac.  If you guys can help that would be great

Hey, I finished my first post for my Harrid dynasty, be sure to check it out!  I had some trouble with resizing the photos, but other than that, I didnt have any problems!

One day Natara came home from one of her friends houses with some major questions for her mother.

Natara: "Mom, how come I don't have a daddy like Eliana Bunch?? I want someone to take me to the park and play catch like her daddy does."
Bailey: " Nat, I can take you too the park anyday! I used to have a pretty good arm, I'm sure I could teach you a trick or two."
Natara: " No mom, I want a daddy to teach me.."

Bailey was quite surprised to hear this coming from her 10 year old daughter. But she knew this question was going to come up at one time or another. So She mustered up some confidence, took a deep breath and answered...

Bailey: " Well, Honey.. You do have a father. When you were a little baby, your father and I had a very big disagreement and he never wanted to see me again."
Natara: " Oh...Well what about me? I mean, wouldn't you think he'd want to see me?"
Bailey: " I don't know dear, I haven't talked to your father in years."
Natara: " Well, where does he live? I'll just show up and surprise him!"
Bailey: " Uh.. uhm No..No..crap! Gosh, He lives in our basement Nat.."
Natara: " He lives in BASEMENT?! But why have you kept him from me this whole time?? No wonder I wasn't ever allowed to go down there.."
Bailey: " It was for your own good honey, your father..He..He has some issues and I just didn't want you to have to see him like that."
Natara: " But mom, I really think I deserve to see him..I really really want too! Pleeeeeeaaassse!!!!"
Bailey finally broke and allowed Natara to go see her father for a few minutes.

Natara raced down the stairs once forbidden to her and knocked on her father's door.


She walked in and was instantly hit with a putrid smell coming from all the plates and dirty clothing on the ground.
When she finally looked up she saw her father sulking in the shadows.

Skinny Legs: " Who are you. And why are you here??"
Natara: " Dad, is that you? It's me, your daughter Natara.."

SL emerged from the shadows and simply stared at Natara for a few moments. Natara was very nervous and wasn't sure what she thought of her father. He looked very unkempt and smelled of fish.  She tried to start up a few conversations, but all he talked about was how terrible her mom was and that he wished he had never married her.


By the end of their short lived conversation, Natara was ready to get out of that room. She wished she hadn't ever ventured down there. Her father wasn't who she thought he was. All the dreams she had about this moment diminished from her mind.

Natara raced upstairs into the arms of her mom.
With tears streaming down her cheeks she told her mother about all that had happened..
Bailey held Natara close for a few minutes, and then decided to surprise her with some good news.

Bailey: " How would you like to travel to Egypt with grandma and me? I think it would be a great chance just to take a breather from this place."
Natara: " I would LOVE too! I have always wanted to go to Egypt. When are we leaving?"
Bailey: " How about now?"


The next few days Bailey and Natara bonded like never before and had a fun time hanging around the locals.


Then one day, while Grandma Charlotte and Natara were taking snake charming lessons, Bailey was alone shopping at the local market and met a nice looking fella named Youssef Nagi.


Needless to say Bailey was captivated by him. (I mean who wouldn't be?)


Bailey told him all about her life and that she had a daughter. She hoped Youssef would be okay with all of it.

Youssef: " Don't you worry hun, I know you're a package deal. And I promise I will love Natara just as if she was my own. "

Bailey didn't want to loose him like she had the others. She told herself that she would just explain it all to her family later. So she decided to take the plunge again.


But before they finally made everything official, there was one detail she still needed to finalize. She needed the approval of her daughter.
So she planned for them to meet over a mac'n cheese dinner.


Natara was a little apprehensive at first but once she talked to Youssef a little more, she realized why her mom loved him. He was sweet, funny, and loved to play catch.

The next night they decided to have a private wedding in front of Youssef's favorite pyramid- Pyramid of the Sky-


Charlotte agreed to keep watch over her granddaughter while Bailey and Youssef finished out the vacation on their honeymoon.
Their first stop was to the Great Pyramid, so Youssef pulled out his map and they plotted out their course.


On their way there they spotted a Camel and decided to take a picture in front of it!


Here they are again inside the Great Pyramid!

Okay guys, I know this was a LONG post. But I had so much to tell! There is still more but I will save that for tomorrow. I know y'all have a lot of other dynasty stories to read

Oh! And I need to ask a favor. I need a nickname for Youssef. I can't keep typing that out. But if you have a suggestion for this stud muffin please share it with me

Oh I loved it!! My goodness, when Natara said her dad smelled of fish my own Coke sprayed over the screen

I would call Youseff "hey you" cause I think it would be funny if even his wife called him "hey you"

I'm so happy for Bailey and Natara - they deserve a good husband and dad!
