Pfft! I play sick all the time to play Sims! No biggie. My story wouldn't exist without my 'sick days'. :D

Ah, the twisted web we weave! Monica seems to be regretting her hasty decision to become a vampire in her younger days.

This is a fairly large update, I think I have been playing my game and doing this update for almost 4 hours.  Not sure if it will go to the next page or not.  Wheww, I need a break, lol

I have been working really hard on my cooking skills and have learned alot of recepies from the cooking network, but I have to stop and take a break every once in a while.  The tv makes my eyes crossed, so to speak anyway.
Perry turned into a teenager and now really looks like Chris.  I didn't have a chance to snap a closeup, but I am sure there will be more pics taken.  I have done so much thinking and planning, that I hope that what I am going to do is the right thing.  I invited Jessica out to the gravesite of Agnes and Chris to talk.

I ask her if she had the chance to be with Chris again and not in the spirit world, would she do it?  She ask me why I had even ask her such a thing, but I wanted an answer.  She said she would do it in a heartbeat, but there was no way that was going to happen, so why even think about it.  She ask me the same about Agnes and I said, yes I would and it didn't take me that long to answer.  She asked me if this conversation had anything to do with me gardening and watching that stupid tv all day.  I told her she would find out soon enough and dreams do come true, if you wish hard enough.

I saw Agnes that night and ask her if she still loved me and loved me enough to ever want to be together again.  She told me, "sweetie, we will be together again, when it is your time, I will meet you."  I told her that is not what I mean't.

She took my hands in hers and told me that I must be getting senile.  She was still avoiding the question.

She looked at me with that look, I think and told me, if she had the chance to spend eternity on earth with me, she would and that is all I needed to know.

The next day was Sunday and we always get some of the family for visits and it is such a welcome change.  Josling decided to visit and told me some strange news.  She said, "mom called me today.  She said she left the council and was hiding out somewhere and that everything was going to be fine.  She really wants to see Jody grandpa, do you think we could trust her enough?"  I told her it was her life and if she thought she could trust her mother, then I would not stop her, but to be careful.

I just told her, remember what she did to her own sister and daughter and let her heart guide her.

With that, she gave me a hug and told me I was a wise old man.  Hmmm, not sure whether to take that as a compliment or what.

That night, Chris came for his visit and Jessica and him had their own moment, not sure what was said, but I don't usually bother them when he shows up.
I know they talked for a while and he kissed her bye and left way before the usual time.  Not quite sure what was said, but that was strange.

The next day was Perry's first day of school as a teenager and he was actually excited to go.  I guess a grade school girl he had liked, had her birthday at the same time and I think he is in puppy love.  He ask if he could invite her over after school and I said that was fine.
I saw her when she first came in, but didn't really stay.  I wanted to give him some privacy, but from the sounds of it, they were more than just friends, as I was told later.

I happened to walk in the room about the time they were smooching and dropped my jaw.  I could clearly tell she was a vampire and thought, oh no you don't not again and not in my lifetime, but I kept my opinion to myself and thought maybe I would talk to Jessica about this.

I went downstairs and explained what I saw and she really got mad at me and I was confused.

She said that no matter what, from now on, we will not interfere with the love of our children's life.  If they make a mistake, they are on their own, but if they love someone and someone loves them, then let it be.  She reminded me of Amanda, she was not a vampire and look at the grief she caused this family.  Then look at Joslin and what a wonderful woman and good mother she is, so who was I to judge who the kids see or marry or whatever the case may be.  I guess that made sense, but I still was not 100% convinced about the whole thing, so I will let it go for now.  Jessica and I hugged and went about our business.

I stayed up all night and finally maxed my cooking and now, to find that book...

I kept getting interruptions while I was trying to read, but that is ok, I have time, maybe...Perry needed to talk to me, so he went on about school and then the subject of his new love came up.  Her name is Yesenia Wainwright, why does that last name sound familiar, oh well.  He said she was the one and he was so in love and he asked her to go steady and what did I think.

I told him to follow his heart and I was happy if he was happy.  I guess he was expecting a lecture, but I decided to follow my very wise daughter's advice and keep my mouth closed, until I had a reason to open it.

Finally, I finished the book and I was so excited, I could not stand it.

I went right to the kitchen and finally was able to do what I had wanted to do for so many months now.

I know I will sleep good tonight, because my plan has almost come to an end and I will have the love of my life by my side for all eternity.

A couple of posts back, when the story was in Bridgeport, Leighton had hired a double for Monica to go to SV and the double is the one that died and Monica lives on.  I will probably have some sort of ending this week, but since it is a saga, I will revisit every once in a while.  I have said enough now, I am zipping it, lol. ;)

Life is good or so it seemed and it is going to get better, I can just feel it.  Jolina finally came to visit after days of trying to call her and get her to the house.  I can't believe how much she looks like Jessica, they could pass as doubles, even though Jessica is an elder.

I did however, have sort of a shock that was unexpected.  I woke up early one morning and it was quiet, almost too quiet and I knew Chad got up early to go to work at the police station.  I tiptoed into his room and for one, it was clean and two, no Chad.  On his bed was a note, "Dear Dad, You will never know how much I love you and I know you and Mom had your differences.  She is elder now and retired and wanted me to live with her until she passes away and wants to give me her house.  I feel like I need to get to know my mom and spend time with her before she goes.  I am not that far away and I will visit alot.  I know you have not been the same since Agnes died and you have something planned, I just have not figured it out yet, but I just want you to be happy.  I love you Dad and please do not worry about me. Love Chad"

Well, that was a suprise and I never saw that one coming, but I suppose he is right.  Ever since Amanda has left, she has only visited once and has not caused any trouble and she is his mother.  I puttered around the house and went outside and noticed my omni bush had produce my deathfish and everything is in place.  Now it is a waiting game.

I was restless all day and paced and paced around the house for it to get dark. I think I was making Jessica and Perry nervous, so they went to bed early.  I went out to the gravesite and talked to Agnes and told her everything was going to be fine and I really wanted to see her and then I cried, like I had never cried before, did I feel like an idiot.

I went back in the house and made a ambrosia and ate the first plate, then I made another one and waited and waited.  I heard something downstairs and grabbed the plate of ambrosia and ran with it.  I put it on the floor and at first, Agnes just looked at me and I wasn't sure if she was going to pick it up, my heart was racing and my palms were sweaty and I was a nervous wreck and finally......

She took it upstairs and ate the ambrosia and I had my Agnes back in my arms again..

She told me she loved me and would always love me and we couldn't stop looking at each other and touching each other..

Finally, I picked her and carried her upstairs, where we laughed and talked until the wee hours of the morning.

Later, I knew someone was in the room and I barely opened my eyes and it was Jessica.  She was watching us sleep and I think she was hoping that Agnes would hurry up and wake up.  I thought she was going to jump out of her skin.  When Agnes finally awoke and went downstairs, Jessica was waiting with open arms, it was almost as if time had turned back the clock and we were right back where we started when we got married, like I said, life is good.

The only thing is, even though Agnes is still Nathan's fiance', the option to get married will not come up.  I am not sure if it is because she has come back from the dead or what.  After all of that romancing, more than I care to mention, nothing about marriage came up.  I read somewhere, it might have been here, that if you have them break up and then get them back together, that might work, but I was too tired from all of that simming I did yesterday, to give it a try.  I will try Tuesday on my day off and see if it works.  Thanks for the comments and I like the name Monica too.  She is alive and doing well.  I am zipping it again, before I give it all away, lol. :)

When I reread that post, the first picture of Jessica and Jolina, Jessica had the same hairdo as Agnes, so I changed Jessica's hair after I saw the two of them together when Agnes came back, so I wasn't sure if anyone would get confused by looking at that first picture and then later on, the pic's of Agnes.  I am still confused, so I guess it does not matter, lol. :D
