The next few days were quite miserable for everyone in the house. To lose three loved ones in such a short amount of time was not what anyone had wanted or expected.

Alejandro made it a lot easier on me - supporting me, massaging me, and reassuring me. I knew he'd be a great father.



I was home alone when I felt a sudden pain. The baby was coming!


She was beautiful. The light at the end of the tunnel for our entire family.
I didn't even have to think twice about her name, I had the perfect name to honour myself and my mother.
