Quain has written a whole paper on how fishing leads to the education career, I'll see if Velmoor can mail it to you LOL  I love Luna's adult look, but I think she's not going to be too comfortable in the suits they'll make her wear later LOL

Luna: "What? Grim has joined the School Board? And how do you know that he's the Head of Education? You're far too young to learn about Grim."
Student: "I know that this is the Head of Education because she's my mother."
Luna: (utterly freaked) "What?!? Grim had a CHILD?"

Oh my, my new computer runs awesomely! I always wondered how everyone got there stories to go so fast - it seems my old computer slowed down my game terribly.
New computer on Highest graphics + Speed 1 = Old computer on Lowest-mid settings + speed 3.

As Luna was now a teacher, and Alejandro a student, they had to call their relationship off for a time. I knew that it hurt my girl to see her love each day, but not be able to touch him.


The day of Luna's first day at work, Leo came home absolutely enraged. I grabbed him by the shoulders and told him to calm down, and tell me what happened. When he told me, all I could say was "Oh, Luna...".

Earlier that day, Leo had left the class room with his friends for his recess break. When he rounded the corner, he stood frozen in shock. Luna was standing in the playground, in her underwear, pulling faces and talking to herself.



Leo's friends burst into laughter, as Leo stood watching in humiliation.
Luna's mumbling turned to shouting. "No, Mr. Grim Reaper! You'll never touch my family! NEVER!!"


Luckily, Alejandro showed up. As Luna mooed in his face, Alejandro spoke calmly, trying to convince her that now was not the time to do this.


Just before the end of recess, Luna snapped out of it. She pulled on her clothes, and walked in to teach the History class.


Now Leo stood at home, shaking in anger and humiliation. I sat him down and talked to him. We knew Luna had issues, and she couldn't help it. I tried to help him see that we had to help her, not hide in shame from her.
Eventually, he sighed and admitted that I was right.

Though he had agreed to what I said, he was still happy to know he was aging up into a young adult. He wouldn't ever have to step a foot into that school ground of humiliation again.


He decided that he'd stick at home for a while - just until the gossip died down.

The next day brought three more birthdays in the house - myself, and my two brothers.
As we stood at our birthday cakes, a sudden rush of nerves came over me. We were going to be elders. My brothers, who I'd spent my whole life with, were getting close to meeting death.
As I bent over my cake to make a wish, I almost wished that they too could live forever. But then I remembered Aries promise to Jeanette: He promised that he'd join her when it was time. I knew love; I had Carey. I wouldn't separate Aries from his love.


I stuck with my green clothes, as I had all my life.





My brothers, Aries and Orion, toned down their looks by quite a lot. They were simply humble old men now.



Aries painted my portrait, and sculpted my sculpture. I thought I was nervous before, but now it was almost unbearable.
Dad unlocked the old garden shed, and led me downstairs to our immortal museum. I sat amongst the portraits and sculptures of my life, and took my first bite of the Ambrosia. I was glad my father was with me.


I took the last spoonful, and stood up.


I was light. I was tingly. I was immortal.

Congratulations on your second Immortal! I think the triplets are all still very handsome as elders.

I'm starting to feel really sorry for Luna that she keeps being plagued by that "fake Grim". It doesn't help she's the only one to see him either, then perhaps Leo or Alejandro could kick his butt!
