Congrats on getting Mercury to Immortality!

Welcome to nooboo Luna and nooboo Hugh! I can't wait to see them grow up.

Thank you, thank you, thank you ;D
When I started this, I doubted that I'd even be able to get one immortal, let alone get him to immortal only a few days after his elder birthday.
I'm expecting some of the supermaxing skills to be hard (I've never attempted to supermax logic before) in the future though.

Thank you Esther :)

My updates may be a little less frequent soon, as I'm going back to uni tomorrow. But I'll still make time for the sims :D

You might want to think about doing it soon so you have plenty of children around to tutor.  :P  Here's a tip:  have them skip school somewhat regularly because you can't tutor honor students.

Congratulations on your first immortal!  It seems today was a milestone for both of us.  ;)

I'm not yet sure whether I want to supermax logic or nectar making.
Though I've never supermaxed either skill, logic seems harder to achieve than nectar making.

Nectar making is at least more profitable.  But it's strictly controlled by how quickly you can grow fruit.

Thanks :)

I've changed my plan to have the future generation (as in a few more generations down the track) do nectar making, not logic.
I've never done either one before, so both were going to be a challenge anyway.
I think nectar making sounds more fun, so I'll give it a try.

Woooot - Nooboos and an immortal!  Congratulations!  What a wonderful story!

I'm sorry to hear about your computer problems, I hope it get's sorted out quickly.  Too bad life isn't more like the Sims - just call a repairman for $50 - if only it were that simple and inexpensive!

I have to admit that I did find logic a hard skill to supermax. But that was pretty much because I didn't start working on the challenges until my Sim was a young adult.
I have never tried nectar making but the gardening aspect of it put me of a little.
