Hi and Mod Error.

Hello guys! I am new here and I found this forum very useful and fun. I seem to have a problem with mods in my game. I have downloaded like, many mods, and they don't seem to work. They worked once, but not anytime after that. My game is not pirated.

I have a Compaq Presario CQ35, Windows 7 Home Premium, 4GB RAM, Intel Core 2 Duo CPU with a 32-bit Operating System.Please introduce yourselves, I feel we are gonna be one great family.

Please direct yourself to the last part of rule #10:

The official stand of Carl's Sims 3 Guide on mods (modifications to the game) and third party custom content is that they are very risky and we do not encourage or recommend their use.  Many sites which host them also offer code designed to break the game's Teen rating. As a family friendly site, we cannot endorse any sites which link to such content. Please refrain from linking to or discussing mods or mod sites or sites featuring adult content in general.  To be perfectly clear:  DO NOT discuss or link to any mods on this Forum.

Welcome to the forum.  Naga is right.  Please refrain from discussing any kind of mods.  That is probably why that your computer is not working right.  Most mods eventually cause alot of problems with your games.  If you want to see if that is the problem, maybe try and uninstall the mods to see if that helps.  :)

No problem and no harm done.  We are a user friendly site and forum and hate to see all the hard work done on these games to have it destroyed by mods.  What someone installs on their computers is their right, but we just do not endorse it here.  I do hope you get the game straightened out and happy simming. :)
