Who want to learn how to edit videos in The Sims 3?

First of all, please count me in, Leto. I'm very interested. I know how to take realistic screenshots from the appropriate thread and dynasty/legacy stories, but I would like to know the video thing too. I'm not using that option frequently in TS3.
And also, Samoht, your video is magnificent, see my comment in YouTube and in the Hannah Longing thread. I must ask where you took the music from. It's so catchy and groovy.  

P.S. I have an account on YouTube with the same name I have here, but I've lied about my age to see my favorite singer's new video (Rihanna's S&M video is banned for under 18). Lol, I know that's funny.   Do you mind me using it for other purposes as well (i.e. music, etc.)?

Joria, I've changed my mind. You can use your own account if you find that more convient. But I hope you don't mind to put your name Joria as the name to present yourself to the other members (including me) on this forum and Youtube.
I use my account for several things, including Sims, so there is actually no reason for why you all would not alloud to do so also. I will send you a pm to make sure you will read this post.

I thought there was also a modern song called Whose that Girl?' from Rihanna ft somebody else. That clip is made up entirely out of words. It may would have fit your vid also, but with this one you've made a good choise.

My YouTube account is FanMom4Olivia.  It was set up to show my amazing kid and her growth in her singing.  She is a coloratura soprano and wants to sing opera so don't expect to hear a Lady Gaga type voice.  (Although we both love Lady Gaga) Her name is not Olivia, but it is how she is known online to protect her.  After all, you put videos of a pretty teenager on YouTube and who knows which crazy is out there with harmful intent.  So anyone who goes there can see and hear her and I can stop bragging about her to you all as you can judge for yourselves.  She's 15 and is squeakyclean here on the forum.  She creates my sims and I create her houses. 

I can go into YouTube and see if there is a way to add, Joria to my handle there so you all will know who it is, or maybe I should just change my name here.  lol  Gee, I'm not even her biggest fan!  hehe  Hmmm, I wonder if I can link my YouTube to my facebook?  I am so technology challenged it isn't funny.  Has to do with my aging brain I guess.

I'm highly interested in video making, too (as you already know from our conversations in pm lol).  I'm going straight away to make a specific account for use with your tutorial, should you choose to proceed with it.

Edit:  I can't do that, because there is already someone with a YouTube account named "Hosfac."  Judging from the strange origins of my name, I'm actually kind of curious as to how he came up with his.  I find the whole situation highly bizarre.

For in case members nicknames here are already in use you are indeed better of to choose another name that will suite you well. My desire would be something recognizable, but if you also could type your nickname from here (in your case Hosfac) in the Name field on your account page on Youtube that is good enouth.
Maybe you could use the same avatar as you are using here, but that is just optional. I personally have a picture of myself (2 years old or more).

And I am absolutely going to proceed with this. It just need a lot of time to made all the preparations and videos. I will inform you personally when I'm ready.

I have done a lot of preparation in the meantime and it will not take more than a few months until everything is setup and I can finally start this project.

All you need to do is nothing. I'm still busy setting things up (which is now for 80% ready) and most of it is restricted area for members (hehe). When I'm done, it will be open for the public which will take just a few months left.
Of wait... what you can do in the meantime is watching sims 3 movies on Youtube that already exist, if you like, and inform me if you see something really nice. I can use it as an example for members to see.
