Have ps3 version, plan to get pc version as well...

Are there any game breaking glitches for the pc version, and if so are there any fixes or planned fixes for them? Much obliged.

There are plenty of bugs in the PC version of the game.  Electronic Arts releases patches for them periodically.  They aren't game breakers, in my opinion, but they are annoying.

Get the game! The fun and complexity of the PC game as opposed to the console version outweighs any bugs (which I will admit are frequent). Also, there are many EP's for the PC that the console will probably never have. I will list the one final and greatest benefit: NO FIRE BAR!

Yes there are bugs and glitches in the PC version, but it should be pointed out that not everyone suffers all the bugs, in fact, some people experience only a few bugs. Touch wood, I have been very lucky in that I have experienced very few bugs and glitches in my game, and those I have encounted have really only been minor annoyances - certainly not game breakers.
