My resent Millionairs Mansion is giving me troubles. Even on my biggest pc the game still runs slow and therefore my sims need to live in something smaller than a White House proportional building.
It's a pitty, but I'm still creative enough to build something smaller.
But to do that, I can use your help: below I have put a list of all functional rooms I could come up with and I am really wanting to know for any other functional room I have forgot to mention and you not. Maybe you have some great ideas of rooms which you are using in your own sim houses.

Kitchen
Diner Room
Living Room

Study
Nurcery (upgrade objects scientifiaclly, so babies and todlers have a good moodlet from the start)
Parlor
Library
Sauna
Fitness
Partyroom
Swiming pool (swimming pool will be placed to the saune, party- and fitness area, as both of the functional spaces coffering the use of a pool)

All rooms are going to provide sims with at least the following:
+40 nicely decorated moodlet (3 expansive heartform gems will be enough)
+30 Beautifull Vista (Large windows where sims can oversee the nice garden)
+30 for the combined +10 moodlet of all three mood candles from World Adventures
+30 Stereo Installation (except for the bedroom and toilets)
+?? Expansive fire place

The rest is up to you people. Let's build this thing!
