Somehow I am not excited for this pack. Tattoos aren'te. Pottery sounds fun for a play threw or two but limited. Candy making sous sound much differently them baking a skill I don't use often. I am not a huge fan of the businesses from Get to Work Dine Out or the selling tables in various packs and the new systems like a refresh of those and limited to small stuff. And the rental system makes me question if home businesses will be as broken with bugs as they were. I have my doubts about this pack.

That said I am a fool and buy anything sims eventually. So odds are I will get it sooner or later
 

I been following this thread since post hoping to hear others opinions on this pack. My opinion is it seems like much of it is a repackaged refresh of what I already got in my game.what are your first pr release thoughts?

I'm actually more interested in having a business in your home (Or possibly an apartment over your business) actually. I have every single add-on, expansion and packs so getting this one is a no-brainer for me.

I pretty much agree with scoed on this. I would love to have pottery again, and I'm intrigued by the ability to give lectures and teach classes (at last my educators can look like they're doing their job). But I don't really want tattoos or another perk system. All that said, I will probably get the pack because I do want all of them. Oh, and berets. I would love for my Sims to get berets without reaching the top of the art critic career.

Played it for a bit last night but not for too long. Got a few levels in pottery. Has basic stuff at low levels and better items as you gain xp. Once you make the item, you can click on it to break it, glaze it, (Has a myriad of types to choose) Like the items and clothing though. Didn't try adding the retail area to my house but may try it this weekend. It's not a groundbreaking xpac, but it's not bad imho.
So far i'm enjoying it. Any new stuff to do for my sims is good in my book.
