Rival Dynasties Challenge

Using the forum's rival dynasty challenge ruleset, with some changes (in red).

Starting with 4 sims / bloodlines.
Each bloodline will have 4 plots, 4x4 = 16 plots will be needed. 
Doesn't have to all be in one neighborhood, not a race to occupy as much of Newcrest, but a race in museum's value.
Seasons -- 28 days, so each bloodline can experience the same season in this rotational playstyle.
Moving portraits and 7 objects collection to bloodline requirement stage, this means teen no longer have to complete those in order to move out.
Portrait in Museum -- Must use first masterpiece painted by spouse / partner.


Mansion Option:

• Mansion Baron Aspiration
• 3 Unique gold medal parties
• Frugal, Carefree, Connections, and Professional Slacker
• Maxed unique career
• Portrait in museum
• 7 Objects collection

Spellcaster Option:

• One Spellcaster Aspiration
• Remove a curse at least once
• 13 Spellcaster perks
• Maxed unique career
• Portrait in museum
• 7 Objects collection

-- Collection can include wands, brooms, familiars, or potions but not limited to it.  Object must be acquired from duels only, cannot be purchased from shops.  Potions must be personally crafted, cannot be the freebie you get from learning the recipe.


Vampire Option:

• One Vampire Aspiration
• Two tier 5 powers
• Maintain a garden containing plasma fruit, wolfsbane, Sixam mosquito trap, dragonfruit, cowplant, and death flowers
• Maxed unique career
• Portrait in museum
• 7 Objects collection

-- Only one portrait needed in museum instead of two, since we are calculating museum's value, using 2 portraits would be unfair for the other bloodlines.


Vampire Hunter Option:

• Bodybuilder Aspiration
• Forcibly cure 3 vampires
• Maintain a garden containing garlic, plasma fruit, and wolfsbane
• Maxed unique career
• Portrait in museum
• 7 Objects collection

Aged-Up / Moving Requirements:

• Newborn -- Good friends with both parents
• Infant -- 5 milestones, one from each category
• Toddler -- Potty (3) + 2 skills (5)
• Child -- One childhood aspiration
• Teen -- A in school, level 3 part time job, unique aspiration, 2 maxed unique skills within bloodline, good friends with founder, 3 other good friends, enemy with rival bloodline

The bar in Glimmerbrook looks shabby but is a great place meet spellcasters. The bartenders, bar regulars, and customers are all spellcasters.

I like how each of your founds has chosen to live in a different town.
So far I've worked out Countryside Windenburg (Vampire), Morengsong/Tomarang (Spellcaster) and  Whiskerman's Wharf/Brindleton Bay (Vampire Hunter).
I'm curious to find out whether the four households of one bloodline will live in the same town or if they will spread out to all available empty lots.

Have you tried the "Ask for Science Baby with..." feature?
After asking another sim (or paying to have a science baby alone), your sim will bring home a newborn in the time it takes for an adoption.
Skips the 3-day pregnancy altogether. I'm sure you know this already. Is the heir-by-pregnancy part of your rules?

Congrats to Siena and Kiyoshi on their marriage and little boy! Their son is such an adorable toddler!
