Blue Square, Pink Circle in Niddle of Screen

hello

i think I know what caused it. But i don't know how to undo it. I get a pink circle in a blue square appear in the middle of the screen. Every time i try to access a household menu for example travel, calling a household service or choosing what to feed toddlers.

in the household i have 2 toddlers that i was trying to feed through highchair. Parent sims where taking ages. So i kept repeating the command. The thing disappears when I close the game or go into a different household. But comes back as soon as i try to do something through a menu

Sounds like it maybe a mod or perhaps a graphics glitch. Not sure which.

It's recommended to create a new Sims 4 folder aka reset the Sims 4 folder to see if that helps.
